I had a certificate for a room and $ 50 towards the spa treatments so my bf and I decided on the couple’s hot stone massage. We’ve never tried the hot stone treatments and this was my first massage ever but it was amazing! The facility looks as pretty as the photos & just as relaxing. The waiting room was so clean, quiet and they had refreshments while you waited for your treatment or after before you left. The ladies that did our massage were both super pleasant and made us feel really comfortable. Always checking in that the temperatures were right and that the pressures were comfy. The sauna was broken so that was a bummer but otherwise it was really great! We felt like royalty!

There’s some good and bad here. The good: The treatments I had felt amazing. The bad: I wanted more of that amazing, and even booked it, but never got it. I booked three services but only received two. When asking about the third, I was told they only had me down for two. Instead of trying to fit in the third, which was only a scalp treatment add on, they said they didn’t have time. After checking their notes from the day I called to book my services, the front desk confirmed that’s what I asked for. They failed to put it into the computer, so I guess I lose out. Both of my back-to-back services were about 10 minutes shy of the 50 minutes they were supposed to last, so they should of had time to fit in the add on.

This place is completely amazing! Best massage I have ever had hands down. JJ was my masseuse and was incredible. I had the massage with the stones and waterfall. It was so relaxing. This was my second time coming here and I have not been disappointed. If you are in the Mt Hood area, check this place out. Very relaxing and professional staff.

What a great start to the morning. The Spa offers lockers, showers, steam room(one for each gender), and a relaxing room. The massage was great. I’ve had lots of massages, but they did great. Full body, deep tissue, heated beds, and even a warm face towel wrap afterwards. Definitely would reference others to use The Spa. Friendly staff and massage therapists.

First I will start with the positive, the customer service, the technicians, and the services!!! Holy cow I could not be more pleased! I am a self proclaimed Spa Slut, and I felt so welcome at this location. The small things that are normally up-sells at other high-end spas(aroma-therapy, scalp massages, deep conditioners) they were complimentary. I was the last appointment of the day, and I was scared about this having my services cut short, and rushed, but it was the opposite! The tech’s took their time and actually took a few extra mins and let me relax after as well! I got a body wrap and a hot stone massage, and although both were amazing, if you have to chose, I would say get the wrap! SOOOOOO relaxing! The reason why the spa is only four stars is because the amenities. As a destination spa, I just wish there was a bit more. There was no vanity area with sundries to deal with my hair, I had to use the bathroom sink and there was no facial wash or deodorant so I had to go back to my room to reapply. There is also only one wet sauna and no jacuzzi or dry sauna. Its a small facility so there is prob not room for this, but with an upscale spa you do wish you could have more. I also would wish there is a silent room. I was trying to relax in the relaxation room(Which is AMAZINGLYSTUNNING, and the seats are sooooo comfy!) but there was a group of older women CACKLING! I do not mind quiet talking in this room, but please keep it at an inside voice and do not laugh as loud as you can. One also sat down next to me and started chewing peanuts with her mouth open, which is just gross to me. I wish there was a room that is 100% quiet where you can read or nap just to relax. Do not turn your nose up when they bring you crocs… I really felt sad giving them up at the end of my treatments. More comfy than normal spa sandals.

This is the most relaxing spa I have ever been to. My husband received a massage and thoroughly enjoyed it. I did an earth cocoon which left me feeling radiant! Get there early so you can take advantage of the sauna & serenity room. Beautiful zen garden!

You’d never know this was a spa if there weren’t a sign indicating that yes, indeed, this IS the spa, for real. We walked in and were greeted by Nate, who was super pleasant, and a beautiful, calming lobby. I already felt serene… He brought us sandals that had oils in them(ahhh, slippery feeeets) then directed us to our separate changing rooms. The women’s changing room/bathroom is beautiful — clean, w/lovely smells, and robes waiting for customers to change into. Connected to the changing room is what I dubbed the«chill room» — which is exactly what it was — a huge fireplace with about 8 – 10 comfy chaise lounge chairs to chill out in. In addition, there’s spearmint tea, lemon water, and an almond/pecan/dried cranberry mix waiting for customers to partake in. Our LMP’s were an absolute delight — if you ever get the«Shared Serenity Massage» make sure you request Jim and Rachelle — they are both skilled LMP’s w/magic hands — this coming from pickypants LMP herself. Not only will you be relaxed by their bodywork, but the room itself? ZEN. I have nothing negative to say about this spa except for I wish I didn’t have the leave! It was fabulous!
