I have had a terrible experience with Elite Media — after having many positives, the changes in management have lead to an approach to customer service that is more like customer abuse — after paying $ 5,000 for a system upgrade, I expect more.

Brian Gibson & his team at Elite Media Solutions are top notch. After going to the show room and getting the run down on different sound systems, he steered us in the right direction (which was not necessarily what was going to make him the most profit) and we are extremely happy with the results. We purchased a Sonos play bar and sub and it’s exactly what we needed. With the high demand on the play bar, Brian was extremely communicative about the back order and guaranteed that we would have it the day it came in. Sure enough, we did. Their products are top of the line and so is their customer service. I can’t recommend them enough.

These guys were recommended to me when I moved to Wellesley. They mounted our TV’s, ran all the wires and installed a new Sonos system that they sold me on and I love.
Did a great job, very professional. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.
