I was very impressed with the talent and kindness of all the stylists! I participated in their Tuesday night class and had to submit a photo of the cut I was hoping to get. I submitted a photo of Sandra Bullock with shoulder length layered hair. I have been to only a few salons throughout my life, but the talent at this salon exceeded by expectations. Not only were all staff very professional but they gave me the exact cut I was looking for. Thanks to Amber and her talented team for doing a tremendous job on my hair!

I am a redhead so I get my hair colored every 5 weeks. Been going here for over a year now and I only have to go every 6 weeks! That’s a great savings for me! The stylist are very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve had waxing services from Rimma and she is wonderful! I also like the fact that no one tried to push any products on me after services. Always a plus.

I’ve been coming here for facials with Rima and she is fabulous ! I followed her here from another spa and have never had a better facial. She’s great at extracting all the buildup and yet very gentle at the same time. Really enjoy coming here and highly recommend her.

They do a great job and the stylists are great, but the receptionist is usually pretty rude and acts like its an inconvenience to book and appointment especially if you book by phone. I have been going to Grettacole for ten years and am always shocked they aren’t more friendly when I try to book an appointment.

I’ve been going here for a while and love it, but there is one very serious drawback to this salon – they are closed on Sundays! :(Plus, they close really early on saturdays.

I was looking for a new stylist and an update and took a chance on the reputation of the Gretta Cole salons when I purchase a bloomspot coupon. I made an appt with Greg. I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism, his knowledge of color and a nice cut. I appreciated the way he took his time getting to know me, lifestyle and where we wanted to go with the color eventually. I thought the salon was dated and cramped but everyone I met seemed super nice. Gretchen herself came in with the new baby and greeted old an new customers in a friendly way. I will return soon for a follow-​up color refresh. I’m always hesitant the second time around just because I haven’t found a lot of consistency with salons and staff but I’m hoping Greg’s still there!!!

After tediously trying to find a salon worth frequenting, I think I may have finally found my match! Having a friend that works there (she’s not a stylist just yet, but in the making!) who always looks fabulous, I knew I had to give it a shot.
I had my hair cut and styled by Jenna, who had some hilarious stories and comments to share. She really took her time and payed attention to what I wanted, but also what type of cut fit my face. She gave me some great layers and bangs and I was completely satisfied!
I’ll be going back soon for a color!
