We’ve used Lilly a couple of times for eye glasses. This last time, my daughter was charged the full amount because the owner didn’t ask her ahead of time if she was using insurance. When she picked up her glasses, he said, «You should have told me you were using insurance, now it’s too late.» He refused to submit the claim, which he needs to do for reimbursement. What kind of customer service is this? In the past, it’s been difficult to pick up glasses because the owner /employees are not always in the shop during the posted times.

Good service inside. Cozy environment, but all of that was marred by how inaccessible they are via phone and email. No one ever picks up – there doesn’t seem to be a secretary and you always leave a message. Furthermore my prescription was wrong– how you ask? Well the optometrist wrote + instead of -, resulting a fiasco with my contact lenses. Went to them in May and after multiple requests via phone and email, it took them the entire summer to just send me my prescription(which was the incorrect one). Please do not go to here unless you are lily eye care family friends with whom screwing up majorly would be personally inappropriate and truly unprofessional. Otherwise please dear God just go to Walmart or LensCrafters! You have been warned.

I originally went to Lily Opticians because they accept my Vision Insurance Plan. Now, I’ve been going there for many years to get my contact lenses and eye glasses. I’ve never had a problem picking up eyeframes and Chapin, the Optician is very helpful when asked for his input on what looks best. Because it’s a small shop, you get the personalized attention you deserve. Lenscrafters and other big places hire people with a lot less experience than the Optician and Optometrist at Lily Opticians. Have always been happy with the service and the quality of care my husband and I receive

I went here for a vision appointment and to buy glasses, because it was«covered» by my vision insurance. The selection of frames was very limited — I was very happy with my final selection, but it was the ONLY pair in the entire store that I was even interested in. I ended up spending $ 400 on frames and«better» lenses. I’ve since dropped my vision insurance(which cost $ on top of what I spent for the frames/lenses), and now use Costco for my optical needs.
