Terrible. At the start of our week long vacation I bought two identical donut inner tubes for my two daughters. It was immediately obvious there was a problem. When we got home one donut inner tube did not look like the other, as it was clear one item was not retaining air. When I returned to the shop, they refused to replace the defective inner tube. Sales staff kept insisting all sales were final, which I didn’t dispute. My complaint was that the item was defective from the day of purchase and we simply wanted a replacement. They refused. We ultimately went to our credit card company to dispute the charge. All very sad.

JUNK!!! They sell cheap junky crap. The customer service was really bad and the guy was rude! Bought their «BEST» beach umbrella which within broke 5 mins of using it in the beach. Went back to the store immediately to return it and he wouldn’t take it back stating that «All Sales are final!!» and he cannot do anything about it. He wouldn’t replace it nor he would return the money and said the umbrella is my problem after it left the store even though i bought it 10 minutes ago from him. He just turned his back on me and went inside the store while I was asking about the quality of the products he was selling.
DO *NOT* BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THEY SELL CHEAP JUNK!!!

Junky products and horrible customer service! We were sold a beach umbrella which we purchased because the manager told us it was good ($ 35 as opposed to a step up at $ 65). It wasn’t until we got home that we realized it was dirty, wet, and rusted-​obviously used. We attempted to return it and experienced extreme rudeness from both the cashier, Helen, and the manager, Kyle. The manager barely acknowledged that we were there and walked away while we were talking him. Rude employees who don’t seem to appreciate the warm family atmosphere in Wellfleet. Choose any one of the other similar stores within a mile radius.
*Deceiving name-​this store is on the highway, a distance from the Ocean.

I’ve been to a lot of gift shops on the Cape this one had a good variety. My son loved his toy from last year so much, that when we lost a piece from it, I had to return this year to get another one. And they’re the only ones who carried that particular item. Believe me I looked. They also serve yummy fudge and have lots of swim toys. I think this store is pretty cool.

I fall for every tourist trap type store. This store had a very good selection of things to pick up and bring back home. We ended up getting our bulk of «Cape Cod» things here.
