I utilized Apex automotive for their U-​haul service and from the moment I met with Karina (sorry if it’s misspelled) and she offered me that morning cup of coffee til the time I dropped of the vehicle at the end of the day, the service was spot on! She was knowledgeable and made the process very easy with no surprises. Highly recommended them for any U-​haul moves you may need.

Would not suggest for anyone to use them. They are friendly and seem to have good customer service but it all seems to be a cover for sub par service. I know multiple people including myself who were told a time line for when parts would come/​a problem would be fixed and after a lot of apologies the solution always took longer than originally planned. Very frustrating business to work with, had to continue calling them to push for things to get done in a seemingly timely manner.

This will be the last time I go to this place. Two weeks ago I ordered a set of tires online to be put on my car. Last Wednesday morning I drove to the shop to have them put on, they told me they don’t have the tires in stock and there was no order for the tires. From the shop I forwarded my confirmation email to them using my phone. They confirmed they received my email, will follow up and will call me to reschedule an install date. Another week went by without a call or email from them. I found this lack of follow ups very unprofessional. If you still want to try your luck, caveat emptor.

I just had my Lexus repaired at Apex Automotive in Royal Palm Beach (last 3 times actually). They were quick, honest and seem very comfortable with the lexus car repair. When I complimented the owner Wes, he told me his tech used to work at Lexus. His formula is simple– pay the best techs better than Lexus and charge the customer less than a repair at Lexus. I win on both accounts and it showed at his auto repair facility.

If you want an honest and reliable place to service your vehicle, look no further. Wes and his team were extremely professional and able to explain things easily to me. I had my transmission serviced and definitely did not feel robbed or cheated. They even washed my car. Yep– they wash every car they touch for free! I will be returning soon to get my oil changed and tires replaced. An oil change is $ 29 with a free tire rotation ($ 59 for full synthetic w/​free rotation). I went to their Lake Worth facility. It is their second location that opened recently. Very nice and clean. Accommodating waiting area. Great customer service. I’ll never return to the dealership or any other service center again. Apex is awesome!
