quick service, nice waitress. food is not so good.
BUT the wings are good, and it’s fun if you’re not really looking for QUALITY food.

Couldn’t wait to try this spot. Service was extremely slow. Great beer. Wings were good but should automatically come with blue cheese. Staff needs more assistance.

Been to multiple bw3s and this is the worst one. Very disappointed.
Slow service, always mistakes made, etc.
The grilled tenders are small and lack flavor even compared to other bws.

My food was cold, services is bad, took 1 hour for the food to come to table. My son went to PDQ next door and got his food ate it, before anybody sitting with us even got our drinks.

I went for the first time recently. Our server was very nice and helpful. The food was very good. I got the boneless chicken. The pieces were bigger than I expected. I think it was a bit pricey for chicken.

Well, couldnt tell you about food b/​c we got up and left. We were seated right away, but after 10 or more minutes nobody came by to get our drink order.

Only good thing here is the drink menu and mayyyyybe the mozzarella sticks. The wings here are just sad, French fries are equally inedible. IF YOU WANT AMAZING WINGS GO TO BRASS RING IN ROYAL PALM. I promise you won’t regret it

Food served cold. Poor service. Way, Way, Way overpriced for «fresh frozen». Will not be coming back. And we missed the touchdown because the digital cable froze.

Love this place for .65 cent wing Tuesdays and happy hour! A couple of times my wing count was off but they definitely get me back by giving me more than I was missing.

We were here yesterday for lunch with a friend. Our server, Tiffany was fantastic (very helpful, attentive, funny and kind). The buffalo chicken wrap, kids fingers and wings were all very good. The entertainment pads were great for the kids while we were waiting for our meals and trying to have adult conversation. They even tamed our daughter who was having a particularly sassy moment when first arrived — aaahh!

Good place to go with kids. Noisy but full of Tv’s to watch sports. Boneless wings are goods. Service is always busy, not the best. Very good selections of sauces. If you are looking for real good food, this is NOT the place!

Awesome food! Waitress was wonderful! Great atmosphere! It’s very loud inside! I enjoy eating outside! The have tv’s set up so u can watch the game! Love the chicken wings and mozzarella sticks.

They’re open late and we live nearby. For that reason I’ve returned to give them a try five times. Every time I’ve had inedible food. The worst part? Not only is the service quite bad, they’ll refuse to do anything about a bad meal.
Five inedible meals. From cold (three times), to rock-​hard, to taking over an hour. Each time I order an alternative, hoping that I’ll stumble on the entrees being ordered by the people who have had good luck. I haven’t been that lucky.
I’ve had good experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings locations that are North of Palm Beach County. However, at the two located here, I have not had good experiences. The Wellington location specifically is exceptionally bad.

I have heard about this chain for a long time so I was pretty excited to try it out. I eat chicken wings about once a year and I got my order to go so keep that in mind.
I joined their club online and promptly got a $ 5 voucher emailed to me. Got an order of ten which goes for approx $ 10. It was painless and the lady was friendly. There were options on the cooking and sauces. I had regular (not fried & not boneless), with mild sweet barbecue sauce. Took about ten minutes from the time I called in order to get it (fast service!). Again the employee was friendly about accepting my coupon showing them my phone. The place had about two tables filled in the regular area and about four tables in the bar area which was sectioned out. There were a ton of big flat screen tv’s all over the place. So it looks good for sports.
The wings tasted good and I downed them pretty quickly. I felt ill afterward, but I dunno if it was from me eating them too fast or the food itself. Palm Beach county has a lot of chicken competition and I prefer Buds, Chick Fil A and PDQ. Comparing apples to apples however, the only other spot I had bbq wings at were Just Wings & Things in Boynton Beach and this place was just as good.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
I was refused service in March 2013 because I am handicapped, I unfortunately need a cane to assist me to walk.
I was told as I attempted to enter that «No canes are allowed» by the employee at the front door.
I have filed a complaint with ADA and after a year and a half, I still am waiting to hear about a resolution from them.

Took about 30 minutes to acknowledge us and she never checked on us. Our food took forever, she said they were waiting on the salad??? What!!! Also, our wings took 50 mins. The place was only 60% full. I don’t get it. Waste of my life. Won’t come to this bdubs again.

Ugh! What a piece of work. I’ve been to this location several times because I actually like the sauces, but even the best sauce in the WORLD cannot hide the fact that they use the smallest wings they can buy. In fact, in my order of a dozen wings only 4 of them were the actual flat part of the wing. The rest were drumettes… and don’t try to catch me in a technicality with that. Anyone who knows wings understands the difference between flats and drums. To skimp out like that is just lame. You’d think that a place with the word «WINGS» in the name of the restaurant would have more pride in the wings they serve there.
The kitchen just doesn’t care. That’s the bottom line. I’ve tried the burgers, salad, wings, desserts, and every thing we’ve had from that kitchen was terrible.
Such a shame. Do not go here.

I’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings in Orlando many times but this was my first time going since moving south. It was terrible. Every single thing about our experience was not good.
We went for fathers day. The location is just overall too small making it even louder than a normal sports bar and very overwhelming. On top of that our waitress «Bri» was incompetent at her job. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. One beer came out. 20 minutes later we have our appetizer and we still have no drinks (2 sodas and another beer). We had to ask another waitress who delivered the appetizer for our drinks. Then Bri promptly brought them out.
The meals we ordered were honestly gross. The steak salad was absolutely terrible and misleading. Out of a table of 4 no one was satisfied. Let me point out IT WAS NOT BUSY. we had a large bill and a bad time. We will not be returning here EVER.
I want to be clear this is solely at the Wellington location… I hope it was a fluke but I will not be returning to find out.

BW3 or BDubbs as it is more commonly known in New York. This is one of the fantastic hangouts that my husband and I LOVE. The one in Rochester, New York was actually the best where all of the college kids went to hang out for wings, beer, and televised hockey games. We were THRILLED to hear about BW3 being opened here in Palm Beach as we knew of the ones in Miami, Tampa, and Orlando… but they were too far!
Now, you guys, remember that they just opened. The management and employees are new to the signature routine that has yet to be established at this location. So, they would have to learn how BW3 is run, how the FOOD is actually supposed to be served, tasted, and look like. Granted, their wings aren’t EXACTLY the same as the ones served in BW3s in NY, but again, they’re still learning.
I had to pick up a couple bottles of their Spicy Garlic, Asian Zing, and Caribbean Jerk so we can have the delish sauces at home since it’s still quite of a drive out to Wellington (30 minutes-​one way).
However, the biggest complaint we had when they first opened was during the college football playoffs. We were put on the waiting list and told that it’d be 20 minute wait, 20 minutes passed, and told again it’d be 30 minutes… ummmmm wow. We were appalled at this because they definitely did NOT know how to manage tables during playoff game nights. The ones in NY are PROS and you only had to wait at most 15 minutes for a table. The reason why they didn’t know how to manage is because eating customers that were already done eating were buying drinks and «snacks» to stay at their table just so they could keep watching the games on the tvs. I found this very inconvenient. And even the To-​Go counter were backed up with orders that it’d take 45 minutes to get ours. So we ditched BW3 that night at went to Flannigan’s instead.
I just hope that the management and employees have learned from their mistakes and learned how to keep the customers MOVING to bring in NEW dining customers and move the ones who want to stay to watch the games elsewhere for their drinks (the BAR area maybe?)
