I sure wish I could run a successful small business by telling my customers, «no!»! Its a rainy night and I’m at home feeling under the weather, so my husband tells me he is going to pick up some authentic ramen from a place he heard was great. He then calls me to tell me how he is blown away(in a bad way) because he walked into Cha Cha and the woman there told him they do not do any food togo! With only a few tables in the restaurant, you would think they would accommodate a simple Togo order for two people?! My husband and I have been in the restaurant business for over 15 years. This is a disgrace!

Uh the noodles are over cooked. I had to send it back it was too gross. I’ve been coming here for about a year and it use to be good but the last few times have been very disappointing. I can no longer recommend this place.

I have always loved the food here but going in to eat is not possible for me since it’s a far drive and my family likes me to pick it up. I tried calling to place an order with no answer on the phone so I drive out there figuring I could place the order there like usual but no. When I get there they tell me they can’t do Togo orders. There is literally no reason I can think as to why they wouldn’t be able to do it. Will probably not be returning if they will no longer to carry out. Guess you don’t want my money then.

DONOT get any of the rice bowls. I ordered a seafood rice bowl. After 30 minutes, I received a small bowl containing one soggy tempura shrimp and three or four soggy tempura vegetables. I suspect these were prepared hours or days before. At the end of the meal, which somehow was $ 9, I placed a $ 20 and was asked if I need change! If they are willing to hand out food that looks like this, I don’t want to know about anything else on the menu. By far the worst meal I have had in extended memory.

Well, we did not eat here but we arrived at 9PM on a Tuesday night… couldn’t find the place for the life of us. Finally are able to brave the torrent outside. And got drenched walking in(I’m 8 months pregnant so having to take my time so I don’t fall = extra wet) and then we are told they aren’t seating for the rest of the night. They close at 10PM. Greaaaat. Really? An hour behind? Yep, no can do. Can’t say we will be going back to try the place!

If you are in the west Palm area, you must stop by this tiny restaurant. It’s one of those hole in the wall places… the Nabekayki udon is my absolute favorite!

Delicious and so nice to have a non chain option in the area! Ramen bowls are super tastey and filling. Love having a new spot to frequent for tasty Japanese food! Definitely recommend.

Ughhh another disappointment :(let me start of by saying I used to live in Japan, enough so I know what ramen is from okinawa to kyushu to Kobe to Osaka to Tokyo to hokkaido. The noodles was good the broth was good. The server does not understand when you order tonkotsu ramen when you order in cali or japan ramen you expect to have atleast 2 to 3 slices of pork and(tomago) egg at the very minimum. Not here. Everything comes as an add on. Ok something different… So when I ordered tonkotsu ramen the waiters brings me tonkatsu… at this point I’m like rrally after I said ramen atleast 3 times you bring me this… When I explain to her what I wanted she looked puzzled at not knowing what tonkatsu and tonkotsu difference is ok no biggie baka gaijin… The tonkatsu was ok semi crispy small tiny cutlet with 3 tablespoons of rice $ 15… Hopefully one day I’ll get someone who understands the difference… Miso soup has tiny small tofu Pros: good beer no asahi tho Japanese TV Japanese music Clean Maybe one day I’ll make the drive back up to wpb to get ramen again seriously feel like I wasted time, I guess I will draw for the waitress next time what I want to purchase… Smh… If anyone knows other ramen shops let me know thanks

So my girlfriend and I were really in the mood for some Ramen so this is the one place that offer the most options. Service was very good and pleasant. Lots of Ramen options however everything that should come in your Ramen was all a cart extra. Stuff like pork, fish cake, egg… all extra. I am from Fort Lauderdale and usually go to Hollywood to a great Ramen place called go bistro in Hollywood. All in all enjoyed my meal. Just don’t feel like having to pay for extras.

So I moved back to the area recently, and was excited to come back to the delicious food and delightful service of Cha-Cha’s… but things have changed. The service, while still friendly, is honestly rather awful. The prices have also gone up… and, sadly, my food here has been mixed. The ramen still pleases me, and so does the Takoyaki… but I have been let down by some of the other items I’ve tried. I’ll still frequent when I am able, and when I am craving those slurpy, delicious noodles… but I hope the staff tightens up and the prices sort themselves out. :(

Awesome food. Always have had great service when we dine in and take out service is great too. They always time it so that the food has just come out when you arrive to pick up. This place is a hidden gem in Wellington. If you like Japanese food or just want to try something new check this place out.

I don’t frequent this place as much as I used to but I’m sad to say that I may just stop going completely. For the price of the noodle bowls($ 15 on average with toppings), I was hoping to be full. Wrong! For $ 2 extra tofu, I’d expect more than 8 thin pieces which is equivalent to a spoonful. I also asked for tamago(egg) and they said they were sold out! Really, on a Saturday evening before 8pm?! How hard is it to hard boil an egg? Service…wow can we say awful?! It pains me to say that but the owner completely forgot my dad’s soup. Everyone on the table were eating already and almost done and his food hadn’t came out. We flagged her down to see what was going on and sure enough she forgot. They also hired help(young girl) but her inexperience in the food industry is hurting this business even more. I noticed her clearing table but only taking 2 glasses at a time without a tray. It’s so inefficient. She also brought out our noodles one by one, again, no tray! And when a few customers came in to order take-out, she refused them service and said they’re very busy! There’s only 5 tables in the whole restaurant?!? And only one 2-top table that hadn’t gotten their food. I can only hope that the best for them but if they continue this way, doubt they’ll be in business much longer. To my dismay, I think this will be my last time here. This used to be one of my favorite places to go. I

We love the Japanese food and the friendly Japanese lady there so we went couple times to this place. I was disappointed on the third time we went. Service was super slow. Waited 30 mins with no water or drink. Tantan ramen is great but tempura ice cream came out without being… fried. The proportion of the Okodomiyaki is definitely smaller than the last two time we ordered. Wish they would hire a server that knows what the food is called on the menu.

Since I discovered Cha Cha back in mid April 2015, I’ve been back 5 times already. Simple, quaint café. No frills, nothing fancy. All the times I’ve been there, there has only been one server but service was always quick and good, very friendly. They say when it comes to Asian food, if all the Asians go dine there then it must be good right? Um, so true! I had the Tonkotsu Cha Cha ramen soup… super brothy, just the right amount of spice, and generous portion for the price at $ 12. Just wished they would slice the pork thicker like in California but it’s also quite cheap to add extra pork slices which I do

If I could I would eat here every single day! Authentic Japanese! The noodle bowls here are amazing! I would highly recommend stopping in, not all at once cause the only down side is that there’s only about 6 – 8 tables. But there’s never a long wait! The food here makes it all better it is outrageous check it out if you’re ever in Wellington, FL. Tell em’ Sling sent you.

The Katsu don was very good. Really really nice, pleasant service as well. Limited seating but very clean interior. I was disappointed to see they no longer do sushi but they have plenty of other options on the menu and authentic Japanese food isn’t all about sushi. I’ll be back some time to try the Ramen.
