Team members and management in need of desperate customer service training. Training on being able to educate customers of their options and definetly giving a quote to a price prior to taking your package for packing. I had a pre paid box for drop off. Told by manager they would not ship it… told 3.95 for«filler» in a small amount of room and in the end told over 20.00 when they took it upon themselves to make money off of me and instead of having a first time satisfied customer they now have one who has no problem telling people about them. Suggestion to management, take the 25 cents worth of «filler» and a moment of YOUR time and help a customer. Train your staff not to smurk at customers and find a reasonable price to keep someone possibly coming back. The cherry on top was when you asked me if I was going to pay for the tape… Hello!!! I am NOT paying for tape I brought in to wrap MY package… talk about RUDE.
