Guess what lol nothing has changed the expresso machine is being cleaned again. It’s the 2nd time in two weeks I’ve been told this. The guys that work here don’t care they just goof around. They make you sit at the drive thru for 5 minutes before they take your order. Plus there is never a manager available. BS!

Worst DD by far. They never get the order right and we aren’t talking about anything complicated. Chocolate chip muffin is always given to me as a blueberry, wrong bagel when I ask for plain and ice tea with two sweet and low and they never put it in. Hell I have been given coffee instead. I always have to check. All the staff is always outside smoking so all the food smells and tastes like smoke. And they are soooo slow probably because everyone has to check their order and send it back. Never a good experience.

Worst DD EVER!!! They are sooooooo slow!!! If I go inside, the drive-​thru is faster. When I go to the drive-​thru, inside is «faster» (if u can call it fast). But either way, they are slow! And its not just b/​c they’re busy. Have been when only one other person in line, and still slow!

I wouldn’t mind the slow service if they would get the order correct. I’ve given this DD 2 months of patronage and have decided enough is enough. Between watered-​down iced coffee, burnt hot coffee, and just plain wrong orders, this is a Dunkin to avoid. The service is painfully slow and they always seem to be training new people. This is the closest Dunkin out of Wellington on the way to the Turnpike — you would think that they could retain people. But I guess it being the only one nearby is what keeps it in business. This location has disappointed me for the last time. If I want Dunkin in Palm Beach, I’ll go to the one on Okee and 441. They are EXCELLENT.

This DD CAN NEVER get an order right. I’m a teacher and they ruin my day every time I get cream and sugar when I only order skim. They’re also slow as molasses to boot! I will start hitting the DD by my school.

How is this place still open? Seriously though, who is funding this joke of an establishment? Every time I go there I regret it immediately. This morning I was there for 30 minutes ordering and waiting for my sandwich and coffee. People who work there are gormless zombies who couldn’t move any slower if they tried and more often than not, this place is missing 2 out of 3 things that you want to order. No chicken biscuits today, but can we interest you in some soggy ham & cheddar sandwich? What a joke

Find another Dunkin’ Donuts to go to. Management must be clueless. Saturday am and line is out door inside and line into street outside, yet only one person on register inside and at least 3 – 4 on drive thru just standing around. Took almost 20 mins from time I walked in to time I left. And all I ordered was toasted plain bagel. How about putting someone else at other register?! Staff is slow and unaware of how to keep customers coming back.

Terrible customer service and I have to drink decaf for medical purposes, they almost always give me regular coffee even though I ask them to double check!!! The people at the drive thru give me mega attitude for asking them to double check and they almost always have to remake it, or just rudely say yes it’s decaf (even when it’s not!!) I am having serious issues today after they gave me a caffeinated drink AGAIN! I will never go to this location again for fear of ending up in the hospital! I mean, how hard is it really?!?

This Dunkin is actually quite fast. One of the fastest I’ve seen. Parking is tight is you go inside, but the drive thru line moves quite fast. They get my business a few times a week. Keep it up!!!

Every single time I have come to this DnD it has been a bad experience. The parking is TERRIBLE, the drive thru line in AWFUL and today I received such an attitude over drive thru speaker for the 2nd time. It seems as if the employees don’t like working. I WILL NOT go back to this location!

Awful parking, bad location– the drive thru traffic blocks the intersection of cars trying to enter the plaza, so if there’s more than 3 cars in the intersection, the whole plaza is clogged. And there’s ALWAYS more than 3 cars there because this location is SO SLOW. It takes forever to make a simple order, and then they give it to the wrong person so you have to wait all over again. The staff simply does not care. Then there’s also the issue that they seem not to have a lot of ingredients. A crispy chicken croissant sandwich I ordered– I got a grilled piece of chicken on flatbread. This is an extremely poorly managed location, I’m so glad there’s a new one down the street. Won’t be coming back here

Rude customer service. Pay attention to how much they charge, they will over charge you if you are not paying attention. I have been there several times to give them benefit of doubt but always had a bad experience.

Let me start by saying I’m a coffee addict and DnD is my preferred fix. However, this place is always such a disappointment. The service isn’t bad but they never have what I want. Seriously, 8 times out of 10 they don’t have caramel. I don’t get it, stock up on something if you always run out!!! Especially a coffee staple. It’s a no-​brainer. Thank goodness for the new location down the road.

Every time I come here, they either mess up my order, take three times longer to make than it should or both. The service is not at all friendly except for one young guy who works there and appears to be a shift lead/​manager. All other managers act like they don’t care, and don’t speed up the team or reprimand them for their bad attitude. The only good thing I can say about this place is that when they get my order right, the coffee does come out good in comparison to some other Dunkins’ that either have watered down/​stale/​or just bad tasting. Either way, if there were another Dunkin’ that wasn’t so far away, I would never visit this location again. When I say the workers act like zombies, even during a rush, I am NOT exaggerating…
