Dunkin’ Donuts

Soooo slow. I went in b/​c the drive-​thru was so long. I thought it’d be faster. HA! There was one customer in front of me. She was waiting for her order to be taken. The cashier was making someones coffee. Meanwhile, over at the drive-​thru there were 3 other employees! Finally, the lady in front of me got her order taken. 3 teenagers walked in and apparently they all knew the workers cuz they all started chatting… b/​c we arent waiting or anything! Ugh! I finally got so tired of waiting that I walked out. I prob stood there for a solid 7 min w/​out even getting acknowledged, let alone having my order taken. Wont bother going back. Not worth it!!!

Very slow service. I have been to many many dunkies and this is by far the slowest yet! I am not impressed!

Great and fast service. Must have my coffee in AM. Plenty of food varieties not just donuts there’s also bagels, wraps, and sandwiches.

Probably the best dunkin of all. Drive through always has a huge line but the manager knocks them out real quick. Order is always correct. They have also helped us fundraiser for a charity

Today was just «okay» this time coming here. I ordered the new pretzel-​bun breakfast sandwich, and I must say, it was quite disappointing. The texture was very chewy and the flavor was so salty — even after I brushed off all the the ‘decorative’ pretzel salt, it was still way too salty… If someone asked me if I would eat this again my answer would be «Na» (lol get it? Anyone… Anyone? Bueller?) anyway. The customer service was okay. Not the best like usual, just okay. Maybe it’s just one of those days (Thursdays are the new Mondays) so I will give them the benefit of the doubt, until next time.

They charge for condiments! Had hardly one teaspoon of cream cheese on bagel! I asked for more and was charged for it! Never seen any other DD like this! I suggest that you go somewhere else!

I honestly can say I hate this DD. Ive been here 4 times and only once was I in and out. Its crazy they have the largest staff ive seen at a DD but they can’t seem to get the customer service part right. There were 7 cashiers 6 were standing in the drive thru area waiting for a customer. One cashier was at the front register taking orders, making donuts, and his customers coffee. That is the stupid thing I’ve ever seen. Just to place my order for a plain bagel and caramel latte I had to wait 13 mins until he finished making the previous customers coffee. While myself and 4 other customers patiently waited, the rest of the crew stood around talking about where they would have the Christmas party (lf you were wondering they may have settled on Duffys). The cashiers are always happy yes, but its because they are entertaining themselves. The one star is for the hot food and coffee. Ill drive 3 miles down the road before entering this DD again.

The ONLY dunkin donuts to get my order right every single time. This is the only dunkin donuts I go to.

All Dunkin’s should be the same, right? Wrong! This is the only one who makes that turkey, cheddar, bacon taste like it came from a private 5-​star restaurant!

First Review– Great service, always the same friendly faces. Watch out for DD the cat because she roams the parking lot.
Best dunkin donuts around.
Second Review– I still visit this DD frequently but less so than before. Service is still good but cleanliness is more of an issue as is friendly give aways that disrupt the line.
Cleanliness– I dislike watching someone come in from the parking lot/​outdoors and go straight to the register to work/​login without washing hands. On two occasions I have watched employees walk in, sign in, and begin handling food without so much as a hand sanitizer spritz. That is a problem and is also an oversight of management.
I did bring this to the attention of the manager once but she is one of the ones that did not wash her hands so…
Giveaways– On a busy Saturday or Sunday while waiting for my life blood I don’t like being pushed out of the line’s order by a «friend/​family» member of an employee waiting for a freebee. By standing to the side and waiting for free goodies, paying customers are forced to wait. I am also unsure if these freebies are authorized by management as they seem to happen when the main manager is not at the store.

Very pleasant staff and quick service. Never had a problem at this Dunkin! Keep up the great work.
