Really been disappointed in the wait time the 2 times I’ve been there… I can get food faster at a sit down place. I wanted to give them a 2^nd chance and still got let down… Won’t be back

I am not from the area, but my wife is. She tells me that historically they’ve always been the slowest servicing dairy queen and my two trips there have confirmed her experience. I literally waited a half hour for my ice cream. However, my wife tells me they make the best buster bars of any dairy queen, so they have that going for them…
Since we’re in town from time to time visiting family, I may go here again. But I’ll make sure I have 20 – 30 minutes to kill if I do. I don’t understand how it can take that long to put a blizzard together?
I usually have positive experiences at Dairy Queens around the USA.
