One of the cleanest outlet type of stores I have been in. Very bright and easy to look through. Until… my 4 year old had to use the bathroom. This is where the 2 stars come into play. If you have ever had children, you know you don’t have time to lollygag when they have to go. The bathroom was absolutely filthy!!! So filthy, I hovered her over the toilet and wouldn’t let her wash her hands. Dirty toilet paper littered the floor. The toilets had pee and poop on them. I will shop there again, but not with my little one.

I like this store a lot. The best day for me to go is on Friday bc I get an additional discount off of my purchase. Senior citizens day is Monday for that same discount. I often come here to check out the house decorations. A lot of them are Florida style beach theme which I love. If you go to the very back wall, you can often find their clearance rack. There are often deep discounts that you can not compare to elsewhere. I also like looking at their shoes, costume jewelry, and purses here. They always have great stuff. Prices are pretty good, and the clearances are definitely a steal. They do have some cute clothes, but sometimes they are more for my mom, and that’s ok. Just look around. You will always find something even for your pet.

I’ve shopped here numerous times, purchasing everything from clothing/shoes to books and toys. I have to preface this by saying, don’t expect to find the items you’d find at TJ Maxx, or Marshall’s, or Ross. Don’t even expect to find things you’d find on the clearance rack at Beall’s. Expect to dig and maybe find a brand name or two, and just hope it’s in working condition and at a steep discount. If you’re shopping for children’s books, then you will probably find them at a good discount. If you’re shopping for toys, yes, they’ll be cheap but they’ll probably also fall apart rather quickly.(You get what you pay for in this department.) If you’re there for clothes, good luck. I’ve been fortunate enough to find a dress or two, and maybe some tops and a pair of shorts, but most of what they have is very cheap quality and the size distribution is wacky. I’ve even bought things and got them home to discover that they are irregulars. This goes for children’s clothing, as well. Just horrible quality. I usually just get pajamas there for my little one. They do have some brand name shoes, but not a lot of variety. Kids’ selection is sometimes a bit better than women’s. They do have some decent home décor and cooking items. I’ve found some awesome vases and knick-knacks to use in decorating my home, along with some cool wall hangings I have in my kitchen. This is probably the best department, but again, be prepared to look and search and then hope that it’s in decent shape when you find it. I’ve also found cute earrings and costume type jewelry for cheap. Seasonal items are fun. That’s actually when I shop here. I found a Guinness shirt for St. Patrick’s Day that will work just fine and it was only $ 8. Worst part of this place is the employees. Just horrible. Not a smile, no hello, no «Can I help you?», NOTHING. Stone cold faces, acting like you’re bothering them. I have seen some friendly associates in the past, but they didn’t last long. They must pay these people minimum wage or something because their customer service is lacking. Shop on Friday’s as they have a reward card that gives you 15% off. Just ask for the One Card at the register. I do believe they have a senior citizen discount on Monday’s as well.

That store is huge and there’s many things to find here. The lighting in the story makes it that bit depressing. There’s no coziness feeling to it and service isn’t always great. As far as products and prices it is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get a great bargain on something that is more highly priced elsewhere. They have everything from clothing, jewelry, books, shoes, houseware, edible snacks, toys, and decoration items. There was an experience I had one time where there was a seasoned worker who also was the cashier. She blatantly ignored me as I waited at the cash register for someone to ring me up while she walked around and did other tasks without acknowledging me once. Ever since that time my returns back have been very minimal.
