Small sandwiches for a huge price. I mean a 8 inch sandwich for 6.49. When you can go to subway and get a sub for the same price and get an extra 4 inches on your sandwich. Plus the employees were rude when I tried to ask them questions.

First time in a Jimmy John’s. We don’t have any in my city so I made it a point to come here. I also don’t really review chains often, as it does not make too much sense, in my mind, unless something stands out to one extreme or the other.
In this case, the extreme was that the guys and girls working there were awesome and pleasant. Yes, our sandwiches were great and but the snot out of Subway by a mile. The speed at which they came out was possibly only described as supernatural.

Jimmy John’s posted on their Facebook that they are doing $ 1 subs today. All my friends are posting pictures and statuses on Facebook from all across the country (including Tampa area!!) that they got a $ 1 sub at their Jimmy Johns… but not THIS one. Apparently this Jimmy Johns is the only one in the whole country who isn’t doing $ 1 subs today and that’s really inconvenient. When the corporate page advertises $ 1 subs then you better give me a $ 1 sub.

Great customer service! My husband ordered a sandwich platter for myself and the girls I work with as a surprise. The catering manager (George) and the young man taking the order (Andrew) were an amazing team and helped us get our order in time with short notice and they were so extremely kind and helpful. The sandwiches were of course AMAZING but the customer service sticks out in our minds, we are highly impressed with this Jimmy John’s!

Jimmy John’s is hands down my son’s favorite sandwich/sub shop. The bread is so fresh and tasty (baked daily), and the vegetables are always fresh as well. This location is fairly new, and all the staff are incredibly friendly. The only thing I don’t understand is why they remove the inside of the bread! They ate happy to leave it in if you just ask them not to pull it out.
