Pretty good fresh chicken sandwiches, fries and shakes. Great friendly service at this location. No wonder it’s packed for lunch.

This restaurant was great! Good food, fast service and employees were pleasant. We will be back soon.

Love this place. The service is always fast, delicious, and great. I had an issue once and it was corrected immediately. One TIP: Eat in. The togo orders are good, but the food is 80% better when it’s fresh from the kitchen.

I’m a big fan of PDQs juicy crisp chicken, their fries, and especially their homemade sauces! I have never liked honey mustard, but my husband got it once with his meal and couldn’t stop raving about it. I then tried honey mustard at some other restaurant, only to be very disappointed. Yuck! Well, the next time I went to PDQ, I ordered the chicken with the honey mustard for dipping, (my husband insisted it was unlike any other) and he was right! It was so good. So now, whenever we grab a bite from there, I ask for extra HM and bring it home for him. He then proceeds to dig through the refrigerator and pantry trying to find anything to dip in it.

Great place for a quick bite to eat. Cali grilled chicken sandwich was juicy with fresh crispy lettuce and avocado. Super clean open kitchen and food comes out fast! Staff is very friendly.

I’ve eaten at several PDQ locations and have always had tremendous service and coupled with excellent quality food; however, this particular location is not the place for me.
Typically I am not one to talk about race but this place and its employees are a disgrace. Watching a Caucasian man being treated far better than I (although we placed the same order) was extremely disheartening. My food was poorly made yet his looked fantastic. Not to mention the fact that they «forgot» to put the bacon, avocado, and ranch on my sandwich.
When I approved the manager about my ill-​prepared order she offered to remake the meal with no compassion whatsoever. The final product that came back to me almost 10 minutes later… The exact same turkey breast that I gave back– it was cold. The fries were the same-​cold. And my fiancé, well, she waited the 10 extra minutes to eat her food but by that time her food was also cold.
Needless to say, we took a few bites and threw away $ 23.76. Makes me wonder if I would had the same experience if I were the Caucasian guy that ordered AFTER me.

It’s been a while since I wrote the last PDQ review. Now, I’m loving them. Tonight I picked up some Cali chicken clubs. I didn’t feel guilty since what we had seemed a lot healthier than other fast food places. It included grilled chicken, avocado, tomato, a piece of bacon, and ranch. It was so good. I ordered one fries for both of us. Those were okay, but I’m not all about skinny fries.
It was also convenient that they have a drive through. I had my doggie with me, and didn’t feel like getting out.
The drive through was efficient and fast. As good as it should be. The honey marinated chicken nuggets are good too. And I see the chicken strip can be breaded grilled. They have a good number of dipping sauces. I like their BBQ and honey mustard.

What I love about this place is that they have a huge sink to wash up right in front of the store!!! It’s so nice to easily wash my hands and my kids hands before and after they eat, instead of lugging them to a questionable bathroom. Hopefully more people will use the sinks before eating … Get the message people wash your hands!!!
My kids love the drink machine and they enjoy the kids meals. I like that it is clean and the food is not bad.

After picking up my brother at the tuckstop on his Birthday, I wanted to take him for Lunch. Since he’d never been to PDQ, it was my choice to go there. We ordered the 4 strip basket and my usual salad with bacon and almonds added.
The food was up quickly and tasted as fresh and delicious as usual. I LOVE PDQ. I really wish there was a location closer to Tarpon Springs. I hate that I have to go to Tampa or Clearwater to enjoy this place.

Today was my first experience at a PDQ, and I thought they nailed it. As a fan of authentic Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches I think they got close, maybe the closest to what I’ve had outside of Buffalo — but it still wasn’t perfect.
The 4 stars are for the overall experience and the details of what they’re doing. Here’s a short list of why 4 stars…
1. They toss the chicken in the sauce instead of treating it like another condiment. This is so important to achieving an authentic Buffalo Chicken experience.
2. The blueberry coleslaw was great. I’d get it every time.
3. The fries were great, so yes get both the fries and coleslaw.
4. The chicken was great, I’d take a PDQ sandwich over Chick-​fil-​A sandwich any day.
5. The service was fast and friendly.
Ok, so now my critique about the Buffalo Chicken sandwich…
— They combine the hot sauce with the blue cheese ahead of time. Bad idea. I love a stronger taste of each in a traditional Chicken Finger Sub, and combining them mutes them both.
— The chicken is a little too thick. The flatness of Buffalo Chicken Fingers are important to achieving the right balance.
— The sandwich needed cheese. I just called Jim’s in Buffalo and they use a Swiss/​American blend. I was def missing that texture.

PDQ is great. The grilled chicken salad is awesome very well made. The chicken strips are always fresh. The lemonade oh the lemonade fresh lemons are you kidding me awesome.
