Getting to be extremely disappointing to visit my local Panera(Wiregrass mall). The manager, MARIA has to be one of the rudest & unprofessional people I’ve experienced in awhile(although I’m pretty sure she’s the same mgr during a previous negative experience at THIS location). At the same time however, I’m sure I’ve been back atleast 5 times since then with NO issues & no Maria. Maria not only talk AT customers about orders she’s obviously unfamiliar with, she wasn’t even our cashier, and btw WRONG about the 2 cent she did rudely inject! The way she talks to the employees are just as bad(my poor cashier who btw was friendly & knew EXACTLY what she was doing & how to input my special request into the system). Panera Bread, Maria may be good at record keeping & other manager duties but PLEASE keep MARIA away from the public. She’s gives this warm & happy place a bad vibe! send in a secret shopper/diner if you don’t believe me.

I like Panera for fast and healthy lunch. Also, they always pleasant. For pick2 or soup bowl I like to get regular bread instead of baguette, way more delicious! My recent fall obsession– squash soup. Sprinkle some nutmeg and cinnamon from coffee table, to add some extra flavor!

Was only ok. They were out of two kinds of coffee and when I went to tell the check out person she was very curt to the point of being rude. Once I finally got a cup of coffee it was good, as was the bear claw, but running out of coffee in the morning is kind of not excusable … nor is not having someone to keep track of it. I mean, what good is a bear claw with no coffee?

They always always mess up breakfast orders. Always double check your order. Then check it again.

Panera is the go-to place when my friends and I are completely indecisive! We stick with what’s around and what we know. You have to dabble around the menu to find something you like! I am a fan of their vegetarian choices, they are quite flavorful and all their ingredients are fresh and vibrant. The staff is hard working, from what I’ve seen. My absolute favorite was the hummus power bowl but it has been discarded from the menu! I’ll stick to the mediterranean sand which! What I found odd is sometimes they would switch up the bread for that order. Some are white, some are a tinted red. With every order I accompany it with the refreshing iced green tea or green power smoothie(?) It’s definitely something to crave on a hot day. The parking is such a hassle! Though not the restaurants fault of course, finding a parking spot relatively near the restaurant is a lucky find! It’s a relaxing place to study indoors, wifi is provided. It could get a bit chilly inside, but they have an outdoors area as well! As for most orders they come with a 99c pastry item which is hard to pass up. But when you get the chance, if you think you’ll like it then definitely try out the carrot cupcake! The icing is nice and think with a candy carrot on top for décor/a garnish. Some orders are rushed but all in all its a pretty good place.

Holly(Asst Supv?) needs to gain better customer service skills. We entered the restaurant and it took 5 minutes before she asked us for our order. Then she took 1 of 2 order, as if she was rushing to place our orders. She was ready to cash out without completing my order.

This place serves fresh healthy food their online app allows you to look over the full menu and place an order to pick up or have it ready when you arrive. Only thing that i wish was that they had table numbers and you could add to an order to have it delivered to your table from your phone

Love this place. The staff is so squared away. They are nice, are on top of everything, fast, and professional. Been here tens of times with never an issue and always leave feeling like they gave it their all. Great managers here too.

Food was good. Parking is a little so so. I had the you pick 2 Chicken Ceasar and French Onion soup. Overall, good. Place is clean and neat and finding a table is not that bad.

Love, love, love Panera Bread, too bad the parking lot is for everyone at the mall. So if you get there when they’re having an event or something of that nature, your walking a very long distance to Panera. Wish they had designated spots for customers.

This location is awful — always too busy & overcrowded. The crowd is tired, hungry & rude. There are usually no places to sit & the drink area is a zoo. Skip this place & go elsewhere!

I just love Panera, everything is quick and tasty. Cinnamon crunch bagel w/hazelnut cream cheese, sausage & gouda quiche, Italian combo sandwich, baked potato soup… the list goes on. My oh my I think I’m salivating.

Great place and as usual… Great food! I tried the roasted turkey wheatberry salad and it was fantastic. Also had a side of the autumn squash soup. All was fresh and the meal was served quick. This surprised me given the volume of customers that were there. I can’t fault the place for having too any customers and think the staff did a great job of getting the food out quick.

Probably the 4th time I have been here, and I have never reviewed this place. Parking can be challenging so be patient. Look out for the people walking to their cars, and once found you will have a jackpot of a parking spot. Service is very friendly and very helpful. Since it can be crowded inside it’s a little bit hard to find a table, but you will find one, or you can sit outside with your doggie but be prepared to be hot if it is that time of the year. This time I ordered the seasonal salad with turkey, wheatberry, and maple vinegrette, yummy and I ordered the asiago steak sandwich. I love the asiago cheesebread the most. I forget it is here bc this is on the outskirt of Wiregrass mall, but when I go I am very happy. I also had a surprise waiting for me bc I did not know that on my Panera card I had a free pastry from my birthday. How nice.

Very nice and new panera. Usually busy, which leaves the employees looking harried and tired. They try but often don’t go overboard in order to help. If there were more employees, especially one wandering the dining room and cleaning it, things would be much better.

The food is good here as expected & the staff is very friendly. But this location is way TOOBUSY! I went for lunch with a friend on a Tuesday afternoon at 2:45pm. It was packed: parking is impossible, seating is a nightmare, the lines are long & the customers are always in a rush so they are just downright rude & nasty. This is my third & last time at this location, I prefer the one on BBD just a few miles away. On a Tuesday afternoon at 2:45pm, it would have been fairly quiet :-) Lunch with a friend should be fun & relaxing, not a cut throat competition for chairs and parking. Also, I don’t want to deal with the rude and nasty crowds. My rec: skip ithis location!
