I visited this week unexpectedly (walk in/​no appointment) for xrays. My doctor is located in the same building, so it was very convenient to go from one office right to the next. The waiting room is clean and large and there were about 20 other people waiting (maybe a little over half full).
I don’t recall how long I waited, maybe 30 – 40 minutes, which wasn’t unreasonable considering I did not have an appointment, and the number of other patrons waiting. During that time, an office assistant helped me schedule a visit for a future date, and she and everyone else who assisted me was extremely courteous and friendly. A very pleasant experience all things considered.

My doctor thinks my gallbladder is in bad shape and I’m very sick. Ordered two tests to be run. Tower employee could get me an appointment in 8 days. Can’t a gallbladder rupture before then? Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!

They would not take an appt for an x-​ray, only walk ins accepted. They quoted us 20 minutes when we signed in, and we waited over an hour. Facility was clean.
