Started in Atlanta and I’m from there so this is just a little slice of heaven for a homesick Southern gal. Hots are a must, they literally melt in your mouth. Yum!

National donut day but didn’t get a free donut. Bought 2 dozen donuts and she just shoved them out the window and walked away before I could ask. Guess I shouldn’t have bothered buying anything. Very rude.

Krispy Kreme, I adore you but I always loose my head with all the flavors and free samples. I always wind up talking to someone that gives me at least six doughnuts… and I feel gulity(thinking…would it wrong… to say hey thanks. I’m full now… LOL. So I always buy a dozen, that I know I won’t eat… so put them off on friends and relatives… because i just gotta share this goodness… Damn you Krispy Kreme… the conflict you add to my life… you are so bad for me and good and fresh when the lights on :) Enjoy!

Fresh, hot ORIGINALGLAZEDDONUTS. This is all you need. And once you have it, it’ll be all you want. Call to ask in when they make their donuts fresh, so you can them when they are best. I’m not sure about when they make them in the morning, but I do know that they start a fresh batch at 5:30PM as well, so catch that conveyor belt if you missed the earlier ones.

The media hype is spot on, this chain is certainly going downhill fast. I grabbed a dozen donuts for an early morning gathering a few days ago, the donuts had an unusual brown discoloration & tasted of old used fry oil. Now, Glazed & Sour Cream Old Fashion donuts shouldn’t have a brown hue when fried in somewhat fresh oil. I’m sure KK has reduced the frequency between oil changes. Plus, the donuts were skimpy in size compared to previous visits. I’ve heard business was bad for Krispy Kreme, but cutting corners isn’t going to make things any better. It will just get the doors shut quicker & permanently. Three cars in front of me at the drive-thru & it took 14 minutes before I was able to pull up to the service window. Then, the cashier asks«What was your order?» Krispy Kreme is krispy crittered in my book, I won’t be coming back. Too many other better alternatives out there. Service & product suck! But, I’ll add an extra star for the nice looking facility.

Overview — Their donuts are o so delicious. Food 5⁄5 Customer Service 2.5÷5 So many donuts. And every single one looks fantastic! I enjoyed a Kreme Filled and Chocolate Cake donut and both were outstanding. Could easily pound down a dozen by myself. It’s pretty sloppy inside. Décor is messy, nothing looks appealing. Employees could care less about impress service. But the donuts… THESE are the donuts you want.

Without exaggeration, the worst iced coffee I’ve ever had in my entire life. Burnt and then iced?

Just had the most fantastic donut experience. We were going to wait for the batch of dough that was rising, but when we discovered they would be filled donuts, we ordered other types. They were delicious and I enjoy the different seasonal flavors. While we were having a donut out of our box, the manager brought over hot fresh donuts right off the line. She said she saved these ones and did not put filling in them since we were interested in regular glazed. I’m so impressed with the customer service!

Yummy donuts, clean store, friendly staff. I grab a few dozen for the office for most occasions. It’s fun to watch then make the donuts behind glass. I’m a big fan of the lemon filled and custard filled. More often than not they’ll give you a free plain donut if you come in when the hot donut sign is on.

Krispy Kreme donuts are delicious. However, don’t try to order too many or the staff will get all bent out of shape. I went in on a weekday at around 11:00 and the store was empty. Not one person in line. There were racks and racks of donuts as far as the eye could see. I ordered five dozen to take to work and the employee looked at me like she wanted to kick me out the door. She informed me that in the future I needed to call ahead because who has time to put together such an order. Again – not another customer in sight. Then another employee made a point of asking if I had called the order in. THEN, the manager came over to see what the big deal was because the girl was putting DONUTS in BOXES for heaven’s sake. He said it would be best if I called ahead from now on. Really? It took all of five minutes. sheesh.

Love going in to see the glazed doughnuts being freshly made. Also I the fact that the staff always gives a complementary doughnut is a huge plus.

We made a stop today at the West Allis location because it was«Talk or Dress Like a Pirate Day? You could either talk like a pirate for one donut or dress like a pirate and get a free dozen glazed donuts. We did the later. There is nothing like a hot glazed donut. it’s so soft and the glaze is perfect. It’s also pretty neat to watch the assembly line process. We walked right in and out no lines considering they were giving away free donuts.

Great donuts. Terrible service with an attitude. Go inside the store and be ignored then treated like an idiot when choosing your donuts. Go through the drivethrough and they get your order wrong despite repeating it back correctly to you over the speaker. They give you an attitude when you go in to show them the incorrect order. Then there’s a pube, no joking, inside on of the raspberry filled donuts. Really nice.

Who doesn’t like a hot, fresh delicious doughnut from here? I mean it, who doesn’t? These doughnuts are great. I like to obviously get my hot, fresh doughnut when the lot is on as well as the raspberry. Overall, delicious doughnuts and reasonable prices. I’ll be back.

They are the best doughnut spot off HWY100. They are very consistent and reliable. Their prices are competitive with another doughnut competitor off HWY100. The staff is professional and friendly. I am much happier going here vs. across the street to the«competitor.»

It’s a work tradition for us to bring in a «treat» on our birthday. For mine, I chose Krispy Kreme, and drove an hour out of my way to grab a dozen originals at this store. SO worth it. Hot donuts straight off the line, friendly staff, quick service… I especially appreciate the«Baker’s Dozen» — They give you 12 in the box, and one in some Deli paper so you can«sample» it then and there, or once you’re back on the road. Absolutely no complaints here!

I went on a Sunday morning around 7am. The donut factory was in full swing making little rings of heaven. Great service and fresh donuts. What more do you expect? You might just get a free sample…

Krispy Kreme has really gone downhill since it opened. I went last week for some glazed donuts. It was 930pm, but I looked them up online and the hot and fresh sign indicated that they had hot and fresh donuts ready. I get there and they did not have glazed or sugared donuts ready and they would not be available until 5am. They only had two jelly filled left, along with a couple of assorted donuts. Why are they open 24 hours a day if they are not going to keep their supply fresh? The donuts we did order were dry and nasty. No thanks.
