I will never return to this Sprint store. Not only could the staff not help me with a service issue, but then literally turned their back on me, without even saying, «Sorry, we can’t figure this out…» and started working with another customer. Probably the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I have been in the customer service industry for 35 years. Update: When I arrived home, my 17 year old was able to solve my issue and recover my data.

Every time we go to this location, the staff is uninterested in doing their jobs and aren’t friendly at all. I always feel like they’re pissed that we interrupted their goofing around time by asking to get taken care of. If you don’t like your job & are irritated by people, perhaps you shouldn’t be in the customer service field. Just saying.
