P & B is a great company. The service guys are friendly and clean and knowledgeable.
Today a nice guy named Tod fixed my heat that wasn’t working, and he showed me the problem along the way, explained everything and i didn’t feel ripped off. They installed my AC unit a few years ago and it works like a charm.

My home was destroyed in Sandy. These guys came to my home in Queens gave me the most reasonable quote, replaced my entire system /​hot air furnace and condensor and ducts. May/​June. did work as quoted, no headaches or BS extras… AC blew cold all summer. Had issue with the furnace in October (not their fault, actually internal furnace issue from manuf.).they returned my call immediately, came to my house shortly thereafter; diagnosed the issue; got the part and didnt leave until it was resolved. no ques​tions​.no issue. highly recommend…
