SLR did work for me in June 2013. In March of this year we noticed flaking in the concrete apron. We called them to get an estimate and we’re told the crews weren’t out yet. Then called again in June and was told a crew would check it out when in the neighborhood. A crew came, stood around and left. Fast forward to August and I receive an email stating I was overdue on the final payment of 2 years ago!!! I contact the office and have to prove that I paid which was by check. Still no estimate. They threw in free sealcoating for my trouble. That crew looked at it and said they would let the owner know. Well unbeknownst to me he came by and checked it out. I get a letter stating that they’re not responsible for concrete. Where is my estimate? They do great work but forget about customer service for having them do any follow up. I will not recommend them to anyone even they have gotten 3 jobs from my neighbors. Third customer service is horrible.

SLR’s crew did an amazing job on my mother’s cement sidewalk and paver driveway and walkway… They took the time to explain all of her masonry needs in detail, quite an education for me as I will be hiring them for my new home soon. Just as impressive as the quality of their work was the clean-​up and the respect they showed towards her property and her neighbors. Thank you SLR! I look forward to working with you and I will recommend you to everyone I know.

I recvd a call from the owner today. He heard about my negative review. I told him all the issues I’ve been experiencing from day one. He appologized. He agreed that what we’ve been dealing with isn’t okay, even with the gentleman I’ve been dealing with. He said he will be spoken with. He said crews were on site today. Said he’s got a great guy overseeing the job. He asked that I delete my comment but I’m stubborn and won’t for a reason but will leave an updated review. Unfortunately I won’t use them in the future because I’m worried about the same drama and I’m not willing to take a chance. Louis was nice to care and offer a free sealant my first year.
