Not what you would expect from Starbucks. In the past month there have been numerous instances where food items were not available(not seasonal items or selected location items, but items that are supposed to be available at all locations), staff that didn’t know the menu when I asked for something, service was«hit n miss» with some staff friendly and others not, supplies not available to make certain drinks, drinks not prepared in same manner as advertised, very slow lines in drive-thru(regardless if lots of cars in line or minimal cars in line). Complete joke to be honest. For the price they charge for drinks, you expect a higher level of service and quality. Will try other Starbucks for this place needs a overhaul from manager on down.

Wow I have no idea where these people are coming up with their 2 star reviews. Maybe it’s because their coffee wasn’t made the way they like it? If that’s the case make your own and stop the whining. Anyway, I am a Starbucks gold member and this is the store I most frequently visit. I may be only 16, but I know coffee. At this store, I have never had a single problem with my drink order-and I go here about once or twice a week. Yes, there is actually one lady that is a bit rude but the rest will make you laugh and smile. The baristas are personable and will welcome you to try some of their concoctions they created… most of them are actually pretty good! The place is clean. Whenever I sit at the café, I always see someone go and clean the bathroom and sweep the café. So in general, I like Starbucks coffee and some people don’t. It’s like having preferences so when people complain about their drinks it’s because of the unique coffee Starbucks has… some people just don’t like it. So don’t get botched by those reviews. Never have I ever had a problem with this store and I have been here at the 6 am rush and 9:00 hour where it’s dead. The baristas are well trained and well fitted to work.

I’ve been a customer for years. Have never been ignored or been treated rudely. Staff is overworked but works very hard. Too many air-brained customers on cellphones wanting to looked at, but a very patient staff deals with it. These must be the complainers. Shame.

This is the worst drive thru Starbucks I’ve ever been to. On consecutive weekend days, I visited this drive thru between 7 – 7:30am. On both occasions there was a person directly in front of me who ordered at least 5 drinks. I counted as they handed the drink carrier out. I’m not disappointed because the people in front of me ordered several drinks. I’m disappointed because I ordered 1 cup of coffee and had to wait 7 – 10 minutes behind the others. Why wouldn’t you have that person pull up or into a space so they don’t clog the drive thru. May I suggest you do what every other business with a drive thru does and pull people up?! Please get with the program.

I have always had good service at this coffee shop. Coffee drinks have always been good. I had a order messed up in drive thru once and they remade drink and it then gave me it for free. Foods purchased and bakery has always been fresh and tasty.

What happened to the quality of your coffee? Lately(after your recent remodel) the coffee at this location has been SOBAD that I can’t drink it. It tastes like your using 3 day old shots, that have been watered down, in my vanilla latte. It’s HORRIBLE! This has happened a few times now. It’s become so bad, I can’t even take the chance anymore. I will be bringing my own coffee from home when I am going in the direction of your West Bend Starbucks. Get your act together over there. It used to be good. What happened to you guys?

I’m not normally a guy to write reviews, but my experience here was so fantastic that I’ve made an exception: I needed some free WiFi, so I dropped in here and got an iced coffee; nothing special. After about two hours of working on my computer, a guy came by with a bunch of food, saying«We’re just going to throw this stuff out anyways… do you want it?» Naturally, I accepted! I ordered an orange-mango smoothie to wash it down, and the lady who served me was wonderfully nice, even going so far as to bring it to my table and come over and ask me afterwards if I liked the smoothie(I hadn’t had one before). Not huge things by any stretch, but it’s the little things that count! An hour later, the same guy as before came over with a cookie and some sweets, saying: «You’ve just eaten… how about some dessert?» I demurred, feeling a bit guilty as I’d already gotten free food, but he insisted: «Seriously, I’ve got so much of this stuff to get rid of. Just take it back home with you; I’m sure you’ve got somebody who’ll eat it.» Seriously awesome. And on top of all this, the WiFi was fast, the bathrooms are spotless, and they play chill music(plenty of Bob Marley and other reggae). I’d strongly recommend a stop in — this place was easily the best Starbucks experience I’ve had!

I don’t typically care to review chains or big corporations, but this location has irritated me so much that I wanted to say something(as if that would stop anyone from going to Starbucks, but whatever). Nearly all the employees at this location are very rude. They ignore customers who walk in, unless they are regular customers. When they finally are ready to take my order, they correct me when I say it. Look, I work at a Starbucks, so I know how to order a drink. Don’t correct me in that snotty tone, because that’s going to annoy me so very much. There are one or two nice girls there and I’m always excited to have them take my order, but it’s rare. West Bend Starbucks, please stop being so rude. You work in customer service.
