BAD DRIVE THRU EXPERIENCE /​Ordered a Mt Dew Baja Blast /​This is supposed to be a slush drink — it was more like a flat blue soda /​Ordered 4 tacos with sour cream — paid extra too /​Only 2 of the 4 tacos had sour cream /​The 2 that did had the sour cream on the outside of the shells /​Yuck /​Ordered 2 cheese quesadillas with NO jalapeño sauce /​Both had the sauce /​They were too spicy for my daughter to eat /​Ordered the Nacho Bellgrande /​Very little chips in the tray /​Over loaded the tray with guacamole /​Ate the balance with Tostito chips from home /​Asked for hot sauce /​Received no sauces, no napkins, no utensils /​YUCK!!!

First off, the only reason why I gave them a four star instead of a five star is because this place needs better security after being robbed last year. But don’t let that scare you, the police department is right next door.
It’s a newer Taco Bell, a nice environment with VERY energetic staff. If you connect with they staff, they really go beyond their job and will have a nice conversation. They are all pleasant people. Especially Emily, she was joking around with me about moping the floor and just really had a great chat with her.
They are fast. Out of all of the fast food restaurants in WB, this is by far the best quality standards. The food isn’t given to you in a pile of junk, it’s nicely prepared with care .
All of these employees deserve more than what they are getting since they all obviously enjoy seeing new faces everyday. Please also remember those past two reviews are probably 40 year old people. Taco Bell is a younger age place to go. They can’t help it if your wife had a wheat issue. You think they know?! Rediculous. Come here and enjoy it!

I don’t know if it was due to the time of the year (early June) and the time of the day, but there were about a dozen 17 – 20 yr old BRATS here, one them proclaiming to be drunk at 2 in the afternoon. They were slapping each other and yelling. one of them ran around like a two yr old and slipped and fell. Management did nothing but take their money. I WONT be back but I guess they don’t care about their good customers.
What’s worse is their taco shells were stale and the tomatoes were horrible.
You have been warned! Don’t go here!
