Decent all you can eat sushi spot. I’m from California and have been to Japan on multiple trips, so I enjoy really good sushi. Since living out here I’ve yet to find a decent place for sushi. Sushi Club is a decent all you can eat spot. The rolls were a little smaller than traditional rolls. The sashimi was good and the cuts were consistent. Sushi itself was not made well, the rice fell apart as I lifted it with my chopsticks. I enjoyed the appetizers and most of what I ordered. For a Saturday night, they were very understaffed and food entrées took at least 40 minutes to come out. I did not like the«rules» they had for all you can eat to save them money. Overall, I’d come back for $ 20 all you can eat. I hope to return when it isn’t as busy.

I have been here five times by now, I think. Possibly more, haha. I’ve had the all you can eat sushi each time I’ve been, so I cannot speak for their other menu items, like the hibachi, etc. For less than 20 bucks, you can eat all the sushi rolls, nigiri, appetizers, and desserts you want. It. Is. Ridiculous!!! Be SURE to come with an exceptionally empty stomach if you’re doing AYCE. The reason I don’t have any pictures is because I eat all my sushi like *THAT* It goes pretty fast, my friend: P. They just recently included AYCE nigiri on the menu – I died and went to heaven. I prefer their raw rolls, but even their cooked rolls are great. Best Part: unlike other AYCE sushi restaurants I’ve been to, Sushi Club’s fish is actually pretty fresh. It doesn’t taste old and it doesn’t have a weird texture. It is genuinely really REALLY good fish. I’m from Hawaii, so my standards are pretty high. This isn’t my favorite Japanese restaurant in Dayton, but it is DEFINITELY my favorite SUSHI place in Ohio. Sushi Café Kai is a little up the road from here, but DONOT go there; the owners are incredibly rude, upcharge unfairly, and the sushi is subpar to boot. Sushi club has fresh fish, friendly staff, and the wait time was NEVER awful the ~5 times that I ate there. All my friends that I’ve brought here LOVE this place(can you blame them? of course not lol). I will be a loyal Sushi Club patron for a LONG time coming. Dayton lucked out with this place. It’s freaking amazing.

Absolutely the best Sushi in Dayton. Great service, a clean restaurant and outstanding food make this a must try for those looking for great sushi. The all you can eat menu is the way to go. For $ 20 you get soup, salad, appetizer and as much sushi as you can handle. The variety of different menu items available are numerous. If you are not a fan of sushi, the hibachi meals are equally delicious. Give it a try. You will not be disapointed. Read other reviews. I go in the afternoon. Always get seated without issue.

Excellent, clean, handicapped friendly, everything was delicious! Service was kind of slow, but it was okay with me. The All you can eat menu is worth every penny! I’ll 10000% be sure to go again

My family and I came to sushi club for my parent’s anniversary celebration and not only was the sushi amazing, but the atmosphere was perfect for a family gathering. I definitely recommend Sushi club, and I WILL be back! I noticed that most guests were smiling and enjoying themselves, and this makes the experience even better when the atmosphere is pleasant. Thank you sushi club for making this experience full of joy! We ordered in total 10 rolls for our meal, which you can order one or two rolls at a time. I had the following: spicy girl, samurai, white dragon and speedy way roll(there is two big laminated pages to pick from on the all you can eat menu). Couple suggestions: I would definitely come hungry, because if you don’t finish at least half of your sushi roll, then they charge you a $ 1 per piece(this could get pricy). Our server gave us the following appetizers: salted sweet peas, sweet and sour sauce with tortilla like chip flakes, hot and sour soup and salad. I would recommend eating the salad, but don’t fill up on the other appetizers, I only ate the salad and it was good. They are made fresh and very good portions. Overall I would say my favorite roll was the 007 roll In response to the bad reviews for this restaurant, honestly I don’t know why you are dogging it. It was significant portions, hot sake was tasty, sushi was delicious and for the $ 16.99 price, it sure was significant decrease to what I’m use to paying for the same amount of food. One thing that would be great, if they had a website and online menu to browse.
