Creative Playthings

I recently bought a swing set from John-​Paul he was great at the store very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted he even drew it up on the computer and all it was perfect… Then we set up a time for him to do a site survey because we were particular as to where we wanted the swing set placed so John-​Paul came out on a week night forgot his placement flags so he said he was going to call the installers to let them know where we wanted the swing set placed the installers showed up the next day to do the install we talked and they said they knew where to place it so we left for work, come home a few hours later and to my surprise it was in the wrong spot exactly where i told John-​Paul not to place it so i called (and after a few days they call back of course) i explained that it was not in the right place so i tried to reason with them not to be one of those customers to see if maybe they can switch the slide and ladder so they said yes we can we will be out with in 2 business days to correct it so i said great of course 2 weeks went by and nothing so finally after a month of calling they came out to switch it the installer came out and pick the workman ship apart from the previous installer, the handle on the ladder was loose there were scratches all along the side of the slide and we payed for the extra mulch which they forgot, So we called the manager Mike they fixed the ladder but no slide and still my swing set is in the wrong SPOT!!! Worst customer service ever they are rude they do not return calls i will never use them nor reccomend them to anyone!!!
