My first appointment was yesterday. I cannot find words to describe just how highly I recommend this place after only one visit. I went in nervous and embarrassed about the hair that I wanted removed. The staff immediately put me right at ease. They took all the time I needed to answer any and all questions that I had. They were friendly and fun, while still professional, the entire time and never once did I feel any pressure at all to commit to anything. After only one treatment I can already see and feel a difference in the treated areas. I feel great! Its not cheap but its not break the bank expensive either. I am a grad student making barely $ 1500 a month and they worked with me on a payment plan that fits me and my needs. Seriously, if you are thinking about laser hair removal, give them a call. Consultations are free and worth the time.

Today was my first appointment and treatment. The staff was great, I felt very comfortable, I had no idea what to expect. But, they explained everything and answered my questions. And then came te quote, it’s not cheap, but I knew that going in, due to current promos a got a great deal. But it’s seriously expensive, but with the payment plan options it’s not outrageous, considering its a medical procedure (would you expect LASIK laser surgery to be cheap?). Also, it hurts, like snapping a rubber band over and over in the same spot, oh yeah and the rubber band is on fire. Still worth it though. Great staff, I would deinately reccomend this location.

I heard about this place on Q102 (from Jenn nonetheless) and had been thinking about laser hair removal. After getting a guided tour of the facility, I sat down with Lindsay and she proceeded to tell me that I could have my underarms and bikini line treated for $ 4000 dollars… yeah, and that was half price since they had just opened. After telling her I needed to think it over, her demeanor suddenly changed and she got short and snippy with me. Apparently, that price was only good for a matter of days. Needless to say, I hightailed it out of there and never looked back.

I scheduled an appointment by email but became concerned when after 3 emails, they still refused to quote me a price. Decided to do some research and found numerous complaints from many of their locations that it was a scam. They get you in and you have to sign a contract with a credit card or bank account number and they charge you monthly whether you come in or not. Every other business that provides this service has a set price dependent on size of area and number of treatments. So, I called and cancelled 6 weeks before the scheduled appoinment and asked them, in writing, to remove me from their email and call list. I have cancelled the appointment 3 times by email and phone and they are still calling me to remind me about my appointment. I can’t imagine what would have happened if I had actually gone.
