I decided to get contacts so I made an appointment on my lunch to get a contacts fitting. I arrived a few minutes early. I waited about 15 minutes and then I’m told that they’re behind and it’s going to be awhile. As I rise to leave, I’m told«things happen.» Yes they do, things happen and poorly managed businesses watch their customers walk away. How difficult would it have been to call me and say my appointment was significantly delayed rather than let me drive 7 miles each way and waste my lunch hour? Awful, just awful.

My husband and I needed new glasses so we came here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to get out glasses.
