Went to this location for a quick dessert while out of town and didn’t regret it! The pretzel cone was bomb(good). Cara was very helpful and excited to be there to give us a great experience.

This Cincinnati staple never disappoints, even north of town. My husband and I received a gift card we decided to use for an afternoon sweet treat. When we came in the young gentleman behind the counter greeted us warmly. I started my classic indecisive routine and he offered to let me sample any flavors I would like. I ended up going with my old favorite, black raspberry chip, in a dark chocolate dipped cone. Heaven! The chocolate is soft, slightly chewy, and there’s no shortage of huge chunks of it throughout the creamy and delicious raspberry ice cream. My husband got a sundae even he, the biggest lover of ice cream I know, couldn’t finish. Something cool about the dining area: they have drinking fountains and cups placed throughout. I always forget how thirsty ice cream makes me until I’m elbows-deep into a cone and there’s a line out the door at the counter. The fountains are a nice touch!

The wonderful people working there were so friendly and helpful. Got the 2’dip black raspberry chocolate chip in a waffle cone. It was heavenly. A great finish to a fun evening.

The ice cream is amazing, no matter what you try. The staff is very welcoming and patient while you make up your mind, even answering questions and letting you try samples if you’re still unsure. There is a HUGE variety of ice cream, candies, and baked goods, as well as pre-packed ice cream, treats, and souvenirs to take home. The prices are a bit higher than your average ice cream/treats, but not completely unreasonable. It’s good for a more special occasion or when you want to treat yourself.

Im sure most people from Cincy have had this numerious times, but I have only recently discovered Graeter’s. Graeter’s is definitely the best ice cream I have had since living in Cincy. I have tried the black raspberry chip that everyone seems to be in love with, and I thought it was just ok. I really love their Coconut chip ice cream. It is ridiculous. Its one of the best coconut ice creams I’ve ever had, and I always order it if a place has it. I’ve also had their chocolate peanut butter chip buckeye blitz, which was amazing. If you like the chocolate and peanut butter combo then you will love this. One of the other better things I’ve tried was the hazelnut gelato. This was insane, I definitely recommend this if they have it. I think the prices are fair for how much you get, and how ridiculously good the ice cream is. The service has always been very good. The employees always seem to be in good moods, and are very patient and let you sample as much as you want as you try to figure out what to get. I definitely will be back.

One of the larger locations in town that is for sure. I am always greeted as I enter the door no matter how busy. I had brought out of town company and they offered suggestions as well. I love Graeters but this location is my favorite.

What I like about Graeter’s is the variety of flavors they have on their menu. This gives you an infinite number of possible combinations. There is always something new to experience and taste. On my last visit, I enjoy one of the best I’ve tried, Raspberry Chocolate Chip. This has a very unique flavor. Aside from the wide variety of flavors, you can say that the prices are relatively affordable and the portions sizes are fair. Usually employees are in a good mood and eager to please their clients occurrences. It is an excellent place to share with friends, family and groups of friends. Recommendation: If you go with a group of friends, do not ask all the same flavor, so you have the opportunity to try different flavors to find your favorite. But do not worry, if you’re alone, they(the employees) will allow you to try the flavor you want.

This is one of Graeter’s larger locations in the area. Quality-wise it’s on par with the others. The only difference I’ve noticed is it seems that if you order your ice cream«for here» you get it in a plastic dish and they only give you the paper bowl if it’s «to go»(but maybe they were just running low that day?). Not a good or bad thing, just different! If it’s a nice day, grab your ice cream and head to the benches outside.

It’s Graeters, it’s always a five star experience. Maybe it’s the ice cream that influences and makes you happy but everyone is always ready to help, they seem to be excited and no matter how busy they actually seem excited to help you. I’ve been to other places(UDF) and sometimes they seem to hate helping you, but not at Graeters! I highly recommend the black raspberry chip, it’s purple and delicious! Their restaurant is always clean and tidy too. Yum!

LOVE Graeter’s. Right now, their peach ice cream is in season and is delicious as always. Recently went for their National Ice Cream Day and they had cones for $ 1.43. Yum! Also went and sampled their mini-me’s. You get three tiny cones with scoops of three different ice creams of your choice. Very fun!

This was my first time into a Graeters Ice Cream Shoppe. The staff was fantastic, offered me samples to help me make up my mind. The only thing that I didn’t feel was up to par was what they represented at Hot Fudge, it wasn’t any thing more than chocolate syrup, so I would only give them 1 or 2 stars for that. Overall it was a great experience today and I will surely be back.

Love the ice creams with the chocolate chips in them! The bigger the chip, the better! Rich, creamy and definitely up there in «best ice cream» category. What are you waiting for? Go try it!

This is my 1st visit to any graeter’s. Awesome. I am an ice cream lover. This ice cream is really the real thing. Not fluffed with air. Dense, heavy, all good stuff inside. I got 3 scoops for 5 bucks. I thinks that’s cheap for real product.

Mmmm… Black Raspberry Chip. Though most Cincinnatians, including yours truly, claim BRC as their absolute favorite ice cream, Graeter’s Mocha Chocolate Chip is the flavor that gets them the most outside publicity. MCC happens to be the preferred ice-cream of both Oprah and Justin Timberlake… way to make Cincy famous, Graeter’s(if it’s good enough for Oprah to plug, you know it’s delicious)! For those outside of the local Graeter’s loop, let me give you a run-down of what makes this ice-cream so great. First, it’s all home-made, meaning deliciously distinctive and creamy. Second, the company makes their own candy and chocolate… so every delicious chunk of dark chocolate in your Black Raspberry Chunk is unique. If you’re lucky, you’ll end up with a 2 inch long«bonus» hunk of chocolate in your ice cream. We used to play the«who has the biggest chip?» game when I was a kid… winner got another scoop of ice-cream and bragging rights until the next Graeter’s night. I can’t believe that it took Graeter’s so long to open a West Chester location, but I’m happy to report that they finally have. In the style of «new Graeter’s» that has been popping up all over… this location is a large, open, old-fashioned soda shoppe. Graeter’s in West Chester also features an outdoor patio, probably to compete with the wildly successful outdoor area at The Cone, West Chester’s other favorite ice-cream joint. As with all new businesses in West Chester, Graeter’s was packed when we stopped by on a week-night. The service, though, was quick enough to get through the long line in just a few minutes.
