Menchies is much better! Asked for a taster cup and the employee had to pour it for me. He dispensed it and it was all over his fingers(yuck) and then handed it to me. Gross. Will not rush back.

We love the Orange Leaf yogurt and go here a lot. There are other yogurt places but this one was best as far as taste and the yummy flavors. The only reason I give four stars is that my husband and son fill their bowls so full we end up paying over $ 25 for the three of us! We have a loyalty card so every so often we will get a couple dollars off. Overall this remains our«go to» place anytime we are hungry for frozen yogurt.

Is this really frozen yogurt? It’s creamy and doesn’t have that tangy yogurt taste. So good! Orange Leaf is my pick of all these joints popping up. They rotate the flavors«on tap» and usually keep a few favorites. If you aren’t sure what you want the helpful staff is glad to let you sample. You can also ask for a dish separator if you can’t choose just one. Keeping with the standard, price is by weight. Fave flavors: Peanut butter, cake batter, Oreo, and any of the cheesecakes. Fave toppings: cookie dough bits, brownie bits, their cereal selection such as fruity pebbles, waffle cone pieces, and Reese’s pieces(there are many more).

The concept of Orange Leaf is that you are given a bowl which you then fill with whatever combination of frozen yogurt flavors you want, add whatever toppings you want then weigh it and pay(roughly $ 0.50 per ounce.) The price seemed reasonable, the range of flavors sounded good, so we took our bowls and since I had my niece and nephew(teenagers) with me I told them they could get what they wanted but to not fill it. I got a few samples of odd flavors and then made my choices. We all filled our bowls about ¾ of the way(including toppings) and went to weigh and pay. It’s a little odd as you are just presented with a bowl and a line of soft-serve style machines to pick from, then get your own toppings. There’s nearly no human interaction in the whole process — which feel just a bit weird. I’ve never had literal sticker shock before, but I did this time. I wound up paying double what I had expected to pay. I have no experience in judging how much something I’m holding weighs and they don’t provide any way to check the weight as you go — which in my opinion is a bit sleazy. The staff, what little interaction there was, was nice and the yogurt tasted really good. But I probably wont be coming back — not until they give you a way to check it as you go.

I had never been to orange leaf before this past week, but I thought they had a fun variety of different ice cream flavors and toppings. I got birthday cake and brownie which was a super good combination. My husband actually couldn’t eat the rest of his after seeing one of the employees wipe his nose then go back to rearranging the toppings. Yeah, pretty gross. Luckily(?) I had already eaten mine in naïve bliss. So if you are a germaphope, find a different place!

Froyo heaven! This was my first visit to Orange Leaf(yes I have been living under a rock) and I really enjoyed my experience. There are so many different kinds of yogurt — I had chocolate mixed with birthday cake — and incredible toppings to go with it. I stuck with the tried and true crushed Oreos and sprinkles route, and it was all quite tasty. Can’t wait to go back and try some different flavors! Also, they do have free samples if you ask.

The range of flavors is out of control! I loved the options and the mix of toppings. I HIGHLY recommend the wedding cake flavor with brownies and hot fudge… my concoction reminded me of the Cold Stone birthday cake mix-up…without the calories!

Part of the now rapidly expanding chain of serve-yourself frozen yogurt chain, this place looks exactly like the other one I’ve been to in Kenwood. Some different flavors, but that could just be seasonal. The only significant difference was that while the Kenwood location played rather incongruous country music, this location played equally incongruous hard rock. Neither of which seems appropriate for the locale and clientele. None the less, while the interaction is minimal, the guys working there were very nice. I’m not sure if this is a new program, but on this visit I was offered a rewards card where you can earn points for free yogurt. He also told me they will be opening a location in Florence soon, so NKY yogurt-lovers, rejoice! The yogurt itself is good, a tad liquidy, but nice flavor and texture overall. I think my favorite part is actually the toppings bar. So many different kinds of candy, cookies, chocolate, and more! Oh, and I think there’s healthy stuff too, like fresh fruit, but I never have room for that!
