I grew up going to the Cone, and it’s crazy how much they’ve grown as a business. I love the banana boat, that should be called the banana pontoon, since it’s enough to feed a small family. The orange & vanilla swirl is the best soft serve ice cream.

I had heard nothing but great things about The Cone, so when in the area with my son, I decided to stop by. The Cone has a ton of great options when it comes to treats, including a bigger variety of soft serve flavors than most places, but what adds to it is the atmosphere. The Cone hosts an arcade inside with many classic games, and outside there is an area with lots of those great kiddie rides. You have the option to sit inside or outside and they offer a drive thru for those in a hurry.

This is an absolute must-visit if you are in the area. It has a good selection of treats, a drive-thru if you are busy, things for the kids to do and a nice selection of pinball for the adults inside. There is ample seating. They are usually busy when we stop by, but I don’t think I have ever waited longer than 10 minutes to get my food. My kids take that long just to pick out what they want. This is definitely the place for good soft-serve and entertainment.

I love this place! The ice cream is yummy, and they have an awesome selection of dip tops. It’s a little tight on parking, but it’s worth it. They have a few no sugar added treats, which is nice for those trying to watch their sugar. I’ve yet to have the food, so I’m not sure how they rank there, but overall a great dairy bar!

Talk about a West Chester iconic place! You can’t miss this place on the street even if you wanted too, there’s a HUGE ice cream cone as a building. The staff is super friendly, mostly college kids trying to make a buck. It only opens from Late April til’ Late September, it might be open before or after depending on the weather. Every single ice cream, no matter the flavor I have tried, is extremely good! They consistency is perfect for soft serve ice cream, no to tangy and super smooth. They have their own version of a Blizzard(is a Wizzard) and personally I think that they are better than the original. My personal favorite is the peanut butter ice cream, is a Must!

Love The Cone. Became an addict living close. Tried cones, shakes, and wizards. All generous sizes and delicious. The place always seems to be busy and for good reason. I usually enjoy my Cone experience more than any other ice cream joint close.

You can’t miss this crazy ice cream stop, with the ice cream cone shaped building and all the crazy lights. Love that there is a drive through. The indoor area has all sorts of kids rides, etc. Of course, more importantly, there are a ton of soft serve options and other cold goodies. Definitely something to see in West Chester, and extra great on a hot day.

I understand why this place is listed as the best soft-service ice cream in Cincinnati. The drive-thru is a bit confusing and inconvenient, but the service is very fast and thorough, and you get a LOT of ice cream for your buck! With so many options to choose from, there is a way to enjoy a cold treat for every member of the family.

Great soft ice-cream, nice prices and fast service. You really need to try the peanut butter cone. It’s tastes awesome! Even the small cone is huge… Also is a great place to have fun with kids and all the family.

Great service and lots of fun. When you want to hang out at the it place come to the cone. Family friendly and very clean. Love that they have a small waffle cone, because I can never eat a large. Will be black soon.

The Cone is one of the West Chester favorites and has been for many, many years. Known for their orange and vanilla soft serve, they also have an extensive ice cream and dessert menu of any ice cream-related dessert you could think of. Other than soft serve, they have ice cream sundaes, shaved iced, blizzards, chocolate covered bananas, ice cream sandwiches, and that is only a small highlight of the full menu. Their staff is always friendly and are also very quick, so do not let their giant line discourage you. And if you’re on the go, they have a drive-thru!

So Graeters is better… but… The Cone has: –larger portions –cheaper prices –super quick drive thru –creepy kid rides and games –kids cone option –blizzards with so much candy it’s almost ridiculous Bottom line: work it in to your ice cream outing rotation

I love this place. Seriously. Its got some of the best softserve in Cinci. I personally love the peanut butter. Some of the other flavors are a little too sweet for my tastes. The pumpkin is yummy too. Also they have a bunch of pinball machines and coin operated rides for kids. Good diversion to end a sunny afternoon.

I look forward to The Cone all year, when it’s finally getting warm and it’s time for frozen treats this is the first place I want to visit. They have so many amazing choices and something for everyone. My personal favorite is their soft-serve sorbet they have key-lime and blue raspberry(which we just found out can be swirled) and both are even sweeter and more delicious with a blue raspberry shell on them. While this is my preference there really is a treat for everyone with so many flavors and choices you’re whole family will be happy. The Cone also has great seating as well as a drive through which you don’t get with very many ice cream stands. They are always packed but their employees are really nice and helpful. Also the portions are huge a small could definitely satisfy your sweet-tooth and the medium is gigantic! I have never had a bad experience and just writing this brings back great memories of nights out and smiling faces.

Ah The Cone. I remember when this opened — it was the IT spot and always crowded. Awesome soft serve(I just like a plain vanilla soft serve cone) but they have those hard coatings you can get it dipped in… sprinkles… different flavors… blizzards… slushies… You name it. And it’s all delicious. Perfect for a hot summer day. MMMMMMMMMMM soft serve…

What the heck is not to like about this place? Oh, aside from the super, super creepy bear drinking fountain… pro tip: close your eyes when exiting the interior dining space! Or at least stare fixedly to the right. Anyway, back to the main thrust of my review: delicious, delicious chocolate soft serve! Totally A++.(Glad I know what I like and what I don’t, since I tasted a single bite of my brother’s blue raspberry sherbet and of my mom’s enormous«Small» sundae, and didn’t dig either of those, but that’s just personal preference.) Love the kitschy décor! This place was very fun and evidently wildly popular; I was unable to get a pic of the building that didn’t have a gaggle of girls in it, so I had to settle for one of me «licking» one of the huge cones out front. Dunno when I’ll ever be in this neck of the woods again, but if I am I’ll be sure to stop by, or at least pass through the drive-thru!

Came up here last Friday night with my dad, brother and sister after an great night of Indian. It was our first time here, and we really enjoyed it. My sister and I ordered the staple orange-vanilla twist and my brother ordered a chocolate dip top on vanilla and my dad a small cup of orange. We were very impressed, my favorite was the orange it was great. We also noticed they had blue raspberry sherbet, and so we ordered a small one for all of us to split. It was very good, but overall we liked the orange sherbet the best. Very cool place for kids and to bring a date. Plus they have a Drive Thru.
