If you move in here, make sure you own your own snow plow. 30 inches of snow in 24 hours, and now, 12 hours after it stopped, still no plow. Now the sun’s out, it’s melting, and it’s going to turn to ice. Not to mention what’s going to happen to our cars when they plow 30 inches of snow at once. Sidewalks unshoveled, stairs untreated. If someone had an emergency, they’d die before anyone could get in here to save them. Not to mention the cops, nurses, and who knows what other essential employees who have to get to and from work. For $ 2,000 a month for a 1-bedroom, you would think they’d have a contract with a reputable plowing service. This is a huge liability. Icy cement stairs, sidewalks you can’t see and can’t see the curbs. Someone is going to get hurt. And don’t bother calling«emergency maintenance» they hang up on you. This is an embarrassment to the new management. I’m glad I’m out of here in a month.

NEVEREVEREVERRENTFROMTHIS Company is you want to live in an honest community. We had many issues with management here. For starters, the setup is terrible. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Which seems like it isn’t a huge issue. However, if your neighbors are extremely sensitive, then you will be getting a call EVERY week from Amanda talking to you condescendingly like she is your mother. She doesn’t even let you explain, just leaves voicemails and tells you(condescendingly) to be quiet and not have people over. When we paid close to $ 2000, we would hope that we were able to have a few people over every once in a while without getting scolded. So we moved out a few weeks ago. We had a few small stains on the floor. The stains were able to be taken up no problem, it was just a time consuming. So we decided to talk to Amanda at the front desk. She said that it would not be an issue whatsoever, as they clean the rugs anyway after a tenant moves out. So we decided to leave the rugs as is(which truthfully were not even remotely bad). We handed in our keys and Amanda said everything in the apartment looked great and there were no issues and cleared us. A few days after this, we received an email for $ 1100 to replace the carpets… This was AFTER Amanda said that everything was great with the apartment. We would have requested to do a walk-through, but we genuinely did not think we were going to have any issues, especially with the reassurance of Amanda clearing our file. We have been trying to contact the manager for a week now. Amanda and Caroline both have been brushing us off and not getting us contacted with the manager. It has been beyond frustrating. Nobody is giving us answers. It is not the fact that the rugs need to be replaced, but the fact that management blatantly gave us misleading information, and now we owe $ 1100… For rugs that DIDNOTNEEDTOBEREPLACED. If you can, spare yourself from this community. It is uptight and not well-run, period.
