My wife recently passed so I wanted to leave my home of 16 years. It was too much house for me to live in and maintain alone and none of my three children live there any longer. Initially, I focused on apartments by Korman in Malvern and Downingtown, but a new search on led me to Spring House at Brandywine, and I’m glad it did. The pictures on the web site compelled me to have a look that very day. When I entered the leasing office, I was met by Jackie Schultz who is the Property Manager. Jackie’s warm greeting and sincerity immediately gave me a good feeling about Spring House. She showed me a unit on the 3rd(top) floor with a newly renovated kitchen. I fell in love with the apartment and the grounds which are meticulously landscaped. I signed the lease immediately. Since move in day I have met the entire staff and chat with them daily in the club house. Jackie, Rachel, and Kevin(as well as Brian and Mia from the corporate office) are all warm, friendly, and welcoming. Last night they hosted a wine and cheese party for the residents which was a huge success! Spring House at Brandywine is a unique apartment community in many ways. It is very secluded which exudes a feeling of safety, the grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the community is designed as a series of streets and cross streets rather than just rows and rows of buildings which give it a neighborhood feel. My apartment is extremely quiet, and I honestly haven’t heard a sound from any of my neighbors. The maintenance staff is friendly and attentive to my needs. I couldn’t be happier with my choice of residence, and I highly recommend Spring House at Brandywine to anyone looking for an apartment.
