Service sucks. Food is always old… Employees seem to be clueless at times. Not a fan and will not return

I’m in Dayton so driving to this location was a bit far, but my husband and I were really craving some Panda Express. We didn’t realize it was a drive thru so when we got there we were really excited about that. The service we received made us really dislike the drive thru feature versus walking into the restaurant to order our food. The person taking out order kept getting it wrong and we had to repeat ourselves like 5 times before our order was correctly displayed on the screen. We got our food, drove home, and when we opened the to-go boxes our order was still wrong! We weren’t about to drive another 40 minutes to complain and get our order fixed so we just ate what was there. Really disappointed with this location and its service.

a bunch of B.S. the door says it closes at 9:30. the website said 9:30. however at 9:00pm the doors were locked. i guess we will never eat at this location.

Foods ok, but they only offer seafood that is battered and fried so I don’t go there often.

As far as «American» Chinese that place is spot on. The food is fresh and the service is fast. The price is very fair and the portions are large. The drive through is very convenient and the food quality is way better than the other cliché Chinese places in the area.

Im giving this location a one star because I cant go any lower… I have to be honest. I have never eaten at this location but heres what happened. After checking in at the local PF Changs location in West Chester, a server came to my table to ask me my name and told me someone was on their house phone for me… which is odd because anyone who knows me would have called my cell. So I go with her to answer and it was someone representing this location(later confirmed by the caller ID of the location) telling me that he saw my check in on Unilocal and told me that if I left PF Changs right then, he would comp our meal at Panda Express and would give me a gift card to use later. Can you believe that? Thats awful. I hung up after he started into his spiel telling me this. Absurd. If I would have wanted to come there, we would have went there to begin with. Not after we were lured away. Insane. I will never go to this location altho I was considering trying it at some point. Not now. Very underhanded. The manager of PF Changs is going to be following up with their location.

I do love their food, but it is honestly no different than about 90 percent of the Asian places you can eat. They do have more of a spicy variety than most. Its more cost effective to get two entre and rice… once you start adding egg rolls and such it gets very pricy. This particular location seems to always run out of the food I want and I end up waiting and watching my coworkers eat. It happens often.

This is my new favorite lunch place. I have an early lunch and it’s had to find places that are quick and ready when I come in. The staff is normally all smiles and ready to help. If they don’t have an item ready they quickly get it made and seven bring it to your table. Even the food that is already prepared is kept hot.

I feel sorry for people who haven’t had panda express from another location. I used to love the panda in California. This place is so inconsistent. Soggy orange chicken sometimes(right at opening) other dishes way over sauced sometimes, today kung pow had no sauce. Thought you guys had guidelines /recipes to follow.

This is great if you are looking for fast, reasonably priced Chinese. It’s very«americanized», but super tasty! I’ve tried several entrees and have not been disappointed yet! The Beijing Beef is phenomenal. we go often for lunch and its cheaper than fast food drive-thru. all in all I think a great place for quick and tasty food.

For takeout chain style Chinese, it is pretty good. I would rate it better than a traditional buffet experience where they have converted an old Ryan’s or Golden Corral. Seemed clean. Everyone in the family enjoyed their order and portion size was generous. Great for a change on a fast food night!

Decent food. Essentially this is mall court Chinese, without the mall. So don’t set your expectations too high. Think mid grade Chinese buffet. Overall decent for a quick bite alternative to Wendy’s, McDonalds or other fast food. Only real complaint is that the staff could be a bit friendlier.

I am not sure why everyone gave this five stars. We have eaten here many times since it opened and it is just okay. The rice can be dry and the lo mein isn’t always good. We have never gotten the veggies as they have never looked tasty. The chicken dishes tend to favor dark meat and the beef and shrimp dishes are a $ 1 up charge. It is less expensive than some other Chinese restaurants, but not cheap.

After the first taste of Panda Express, I was sold. This is my favorite place to go for quick, cheap and AMAZING tasting food. The chicken dishes have a great flavor and some have a good kick of spice. The chicken egg roll was gross. But the orange chicken has got to have crack in it because I am addicted. Always my go-to place now. The drive-thru service is quick and my order has never been messed up.

Finally, a stand-alone Panda in the Cincinnati area! This one just opened about a month ago and we’ve already dined there at least four times. The service is friendly, quick and doesn’t have the usual soft-open snafus that some restaurants have had in my past experience. The food is amazing, with a wide variety of Chinese and Chinese-inspired dishes to choose from. Even our young children love eating at Panda! Prices are great(especially now that you hdon’t have to add a Kings Island ticket on top of the food price), portions are generous and every time we’ve been there, it’s been steadily busy. Highly recommended…

If you like fast and tasty chinese, I don’t think it gets any better than Panda Express. I became a big fan when I learned many years ago that they don’t use MSG in their food. And as someone who gets migraine headaches because of MSG, Panda was a great find. This location is brand new, and the first standalone Panda Express in our area(other than Kings Island Theme Park, where the food is twice the price). While it is small, and the layout is kind of weird, it has a drive-thru, which is a big plus. The food is as I remembered. You can’t go wrong with the orange chicken, and they have many other choices. I recommend go half/half on the Lo Mein and Rice, and along with the Orange Chicken, go Beijing Beef or SweetFire Chicken. All I can say is… finally.
