Love this place… I am a frequent diner… love the pepper steak! Wife and kids love it too.,

Went to dinner last night and our waitress Tonya was amazing! Best server ever. Food was good (like always) but the service was outstanding! Love this place for yummy dumplings and lo mein.

I’m a vegan and there are plenty of restaurants that will make substitutions or have plenty of different options for me. This was NOT one of them. Not only did the chef not know what was in half the food items, but he told me that the tofu wasn’t vegan. He said i don’t know what’s in it but it’s not vegan. I wish some restaurants (like P. F Changs) wpuld be a little bit more helpful and start having a vegan menu or an allergen menu that shows everything I can have. I would definitely come more often! Overall the food was good and I looked it up THE TOFU IS VEGAN.

Always great. Ask for less oil to get better taste. Happy hour at the bar only is ok at best. Be careful on the sodium over dose but everything in moderation.

In the past I have gone a lot to PF changes just for their chicken pad Thai. Don’t know what they have done but my dish was horrible. No where near what I am use to. What’s with adding the little onion rings you put on a green bean casserole in this dish? What a horrible pairing. This dish has changed no much for the worst… sorry but had to write since that use to be my favorite dish.

One word, delicious! Always great, fast service with perfectly cooked food. I am forever a customer

I’m giving a 2 star rating mainly for service.
Atmosphere: nice and dark. I prefer rating in the bar area because there is less of a wait.
Food: pretty good. I’ve had a good variety of dishes and apps. Can never go wrong with the chicken fried rice.
Drink: They could improve their draft beer selection, but I’ve seen worse. The bartenders do not know what «served up» means either — the drink should be in a stemmed glass.
Price: fair, considering the area.
Service: not so great. Whenever I sit at the bar, there are 3 – 4 bartenders, but I always get ignored for 5 – 10 minutes. I usually have to flag one down for a drink and menu. Service at the tables isn’t better. Waters aren’t refilled. Appetizers come either at the same time as the entrée, or after. One time server brought out 1 entrée plate for my party of 2.
The service could definitely be improved, but maybe management doesn’t care since the restaurant is usually full. I’ll probably be back as the food is good and close to my house, but I’ll tip reflective of the service.

Well, it was PF Chang’s. Many food options around the table and all were very good. Must say that service was great and that management and head chef were very attentive to the requirements of my food allergy challenged son.

This place, to me, is a bit oversold. I got there with me goil, and the wait person came over and, of course, offered drinks. They took a little while to come back with out water and wine for everyone… Which… the water was never refilled without us having to ask for it. This ain’t California, y’all.
I asked for Pad Thai, very spicy. It was not spiced… AT ALL.
Other folks at our table had orders that were screwed up as well.
I do not blame the server for the food screw-​ups.
This place is located in a pocket with some other «fancy chain» places, in what I call a «capitalist friendly» area. For the image they’re trying to push, they should be experienced and prepared to handle Friday evening volume with ease. it’s not like Friday snuck on them.
It’s a mid-​tier priced place but the service wasn’t there.

We sat at the bar which had about 10 diners sitting there, and 3 bartenders behind the bar. We sat for 10 minutes before a bartender spoke to us or made eye contact, and another 5 before she handed us menus and took drink orders. The bartenders were much more focused on putting away dishes than waiting on customers. After we ordered, we had to ask for water 3 times, and it came after we finished our appetizers. Horrible service. The food was pretty marginal. The eggplant was overcooked into a soft gloopy mess. The szechuan beef had very little beef and was mostly undercooked — almost raw — vegetables like zucchini and celery. Pretty unimpressive.

The food taste good but size too small for the price and the waitress was in such a hurry. The food came slow and taste not like Chinese food at all (not bad though).

Our waitress was very patient and helpful. Our food came out lightning quick, and the timing of the orders we placed were served in perfect synchronization to our clearing of the calamari appetizer. I ordered the crispy honey shrimp and a side of a large portion of white rice. The potsticker sauce was great on the shrimp. If you have multiple food allergies, I would not recommend eating here. There are very helpful staff though, which is a great plus if you just can’t choose that one meal you really want!

Some friends and I came in after a movie to enjoy dinner. We tried PF Changs new small plates menu. I have to say the food was quite good. We were able to share with each other so everybody got a little bit of different types. It was a pleasant experience. The down side was the service. We rarely saw our waiter and waited over 30 minutes before seeing the food we ordered including drink refills. The soft drink I ordered was flat so I asked for an iced tea instead. The young man who brought out our food promptly brought me a tea but it was warm and only had a couple pieces of ice. Even with the poor service we enjoyed the small plate experience.

I placed a curbside to go order. I called it in, it was ready on time. When I got there I called and someone came out to take my payment. Then brought me back my drink and my food!
When I opened the bag there was condiments, utensils, a straw, extra napkins, everything I needed and more!
The food was very well packaged and still hot and fresh!
I had an excellent experience I would do this again and highly recommend it.

Excellent service as always. Food is yummy and the service is always great. We frequent this location a lot and are always greeted warmly and no issues. We have had a issue with a new server here in the past but every place has hiccups when new servers start but it was all ironed out quickly.

Curbside service here is horribly slow, needs major improvement. Very disappointing. If your food wasn’t so good I would NEVER come back.

What can I say? I have a love affair with PF Changs never a bad experience. Good service and good food @ the Union Centre location is the bomb.

I haven’t gone to a P.F. Chang’s in some time because there’s so many better local choices. A networking contact wanted to try and she drove down from Dayton, so it was her choice of restaurant in West Chester area.
Our server was prompt with answering any questions, explaining the menu, but its traditional Chinese, nothing special.
The one item to try if you have not visited P.F. Chang’s before is the lettuce wrap appetizer, these can even serve as a meal.
My main dish was okay, I wanted a spicy beef dish, but the meat was chewy, really tough to eat while friend said her chicken dish was okay. Next time you’re in the West Chester area go somewhere else.

I always like a PF Changs… I’m pretty boring with my order (lettuce wraps and ma po tofu).
I’ve never had a complaint on the freshness of food.
Service is usually pretty solid — it’s always busy no matter what night. I guess this is the «it» spot in West Chester.
One night I asked for a moscow mule and the server told me they couldn’t make that… and I just kind of stared at her like she was ridiculous. I guess they only want to serve what’s on the menu, but considering they BREW their own ginger beer and I’m PRETTY certain they have vodka I’m sure they could have made me a moscow mule… if I was sitting at the bar I’m sure the bartender would have made this happen without a problem.
The floors are always either slick or sticky — this location can do a better job of keeping the place clean.
Not horrible, not great, just OK.
