Between the tons of rats and the mold behind all the walls, I can’t even stomach having to ever go back to this place again. The owner is some kind of a mafioso who is connected to some very shady people all of whom deal drugs within the rose tree compounds. I can’t stress enough that you should not chance spending your money when there are apartments all over Westchester area. Please do not support this operation in West Chester PA.
