We went through the drive thru and we were surprised by how rude and impatient the person taking our order was and we found out it was actually the manager… Not good service.

Same great Skyline taste although the restaurant décor looks tired. They were not very busy for lunch hour and the waitress was not overly friendly.

This used to be our favorite location when it opened up until the manager changed several years ago. Now it always seems dirty and the servers don’t seem as friendly. We had not been back to this location until recently, because the server and manager were less than friendly with an issue about our bill. When my child orders a three way, I expect him to get a child’s three way not a regular. If the server was unclear, she should have asked to clarify; however, she insisted that it was our fault. Upon this return visit, it was crowded due to kids night, and it was dirty. No one seemed to want to bus or clean the vacant tables. Our waitress was more interested in something else, because we saw her to take our order and deliver food and bill at same time. She did help a table near us and we were able to flag her down for a refill. That table was still trying to flag her down, because she delivered drinks in to-go cups with lids and no straws. It will probably be a while before we go back to this location again.
