I wish I could give this place a zero. Went through the drive through on a Sunday afternoon. Ofori(the name on the receipt) completely messed up my order and gave me the exact opposite of what I ordered. I asked for a cheese quesadilla and he gave me one with chicken and no cheese. And then they wouldn’t correct the food he messed up. He is an idiot and they should shut this place down. Waste of money

Order was at 4:22 on a Sunday afternoon. The drive thru experience started out really badly. I sat at the kiosk for five minutes. I honked my horn 4 times. I repeatedly asked if anyone was there. Finally I drove up to the window and he said his battery must be dead on his headset. That would make sense except that a person came to the kiosk while I was waiting for my order and he took that person’s order. My gut is that he had the headset off and he was not doing his job. Then my order got screwed up. This should never happen for a drive thru order because I am not going to eat it right away. I went home to eat the food. I ordered 2 chalupas. Supreme with beef. Every time I have ordered chalupas it comes with lettuce and tomato. Not this time. Just beef and sour cream. Of course, I didn’t realize that until I got home and had no choice but to eat unappetizing meal. The company should close this restaurant if they cannot get a simple order correct and are too busy to take my order.

It’s a Taco Bell. When it comes to the food, you know what you’re getting. That being said, they never get our orders wrong and when we show up at the drive-through in our pajamas at 1 a.m. because nothing else is open we always get supremely excellent service. Really, the employees there — including the manager — all seem genuinely enthusiastic to be working in the middle of the night. Any place that is staffed by a team who can be tasked with dishing out mediocre fast food for minimum wage at 1 a.m. and still be downright chipper deserves at least 4 stars.
