This café is the best place I’ve ever visited in terms of service, cleanliness, and the coffee is oh my god so strong slap-me-in-the-face-with-a-rubber-chicken strong! Perfect for an accountant working insane hours during tax season. The prices are extremely reasonable and the staffs are the best. It’s better than the Starbucks in terms of food, prices, and drinks. I paired my coffee with their phở and it was not bad! The beef could have been sliced thinner but they did not skimp on the ingredients. The rice noodles weren’t mushy, the broth is piping hot and hits the spot especially on a cold day. It’s such a weird combo with coffee and phở but I must admit that they did a good job of combining an Asian fusion restaurant/café.

Another great place to try in the Boro of West Chester. Breakfast, lunch or dinner. Beautiful décor, tall ceilings, great background music. Staff is awesome, so friendly and professional. Love their coffee. Nice Sunday brunch, to include crepes, French toast, yogurt parfait. Not to mention reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

This lovely café has become my new go-to destination. I frequently order the veggie udon noodle soup and this yummy, and surprisingly filling like, dish hits the spot, especially on a day. The wide range of tea is also very appreciable. I love bubble tea and T’ever does a great job at making such drinks. The hot bubble tea is a unique and delicious addition to the menu. What stood put to me about this place is the very hospitable waiting service. They cater to you, your entire time you are there. As a busy college student, I find this extremely helpful as I work in the café. Overall, T’ever maintains a serene and warm environment to enjoy a good meal and get work done. I definitely recommend to those in search of a simple Asian restaurant or Café atmosphere.

My boyfriend and I ate here to try it out! We were really excited. T’ever did have a live jazz band that night which was very nice, but I am going to rate the café based mostly on the food. I got the teriyaki chicken meal and my boyfriend got the Phở. Both were really not good. The teriyaki was bland and left a strange aftertaste. They also put the teriyaki sauce on the salad which was very strange(ultimately ruined the salad). My teriyaki chicken meal came with rice, but it was covered with really hard sesame seeds. These seeds did not add anything to the meal, but possibly made it worse than the teriyaki sauce did. How can you ruin white rice? Put tons of inedible sesame seeds on it. The Phở was bland my boyfriend said it was the most boring Phở he ever had. We also shared a cold hot chocolate drink which was unsweet. Overall, I would give the food a 0⁄5. I’m not sure how teriyaki chicken could be that bland. The prices were also high, which was fine if the food would have been better. Being a college student myself I would rather get some cheap chinese. The service was fine. The band was why I rated this place more than a 1⁄5 star.
