Wendy’s

6 people all standing near the fry station; doing nothing. This was actually my third visit. The first two, I ordered the spicy chicken. Both visits resulted in me getting hard and old chicken. Today would have been the third visit, after standing in line behind 4 other patrons and the line didn’t move for 5 minutes, I left! No customer service or sense of urgency. This location definitely needs some help! Save your money and go elsewhere.

I’ve always liked Wendy’s. On this occasion, I came to grab a cashew chicken salad and a small bowl of chili. I specifically requested no human fingers in my chili. Just kidding.
Anyway, the service staff is very friendly. They appeared to have been working very efficiently. One girl was receiving training during my visit and she appeared to be somewhat nervous.
If there’s one criticism I have for this location, is that the parking/​drive-​thru layout is designed in such a way that two-​way traffic is pretty difficult to get through. There’s one entrance and one exit. If you enter through the exit, then parking will be very difficult as all of them are slanted. Further, the limited parking space means that it’s near impossible for you to go through the drive-​thru if you didn’t enter through the ramp marked «Enter.»

Waited at front of line for service. Mgr finally ordered someone to take orders from those of us waiting. Arrived at destination, found that part of order was missing. Had to drive back. Manager had the balance of the order filled, but no «sorry». We had several items requiring utensils, but received one knife, one fork. Try Skyline next door, or go to McDonald’s a block or so away and just across the street.
