Dunkin Dounuts

I normally do not go to Dunkin Donuts. I started going here for about a month or two. My experience is much different than the other reviews. I went there craving donuts and went through the drive through. The service was quick enough to not think about it, but what stood out the most is the cheerful person at the window. She doesn’t work every day, but when she does, the sound of her voice and friendly personality is very refreshing. It makes my morning just that much better. So now I go to that DDs to get good donuts, very good coffee and attitude boost from the ever so friendly and chipper Zohra.
I have also eaten inside as well and did notice any insects or anything else that would gross me out. And it would gross me out if I had seen them. They must have had someone out to take care of the problem after Laura pointed it out. I’ve talked with the manager (or owner) a few times who is also very friendly. I’m going to keep my eyes out now for insects and will let the manager know if I see any.
I’ve always received good service. Sometimes it took a little longer to get my food, but they were very busy and it was understandable. But nothing where I felt neglicted.
I keep going back to this place just because the food is good and the people are very friendly. There are times when someone may not be «chipper», but they were never rude nor condescending to me.
This place is a keeper for me. No plan on stopping.

The walls were literally COVERED in flies. It was disgusting. When I pointed it out to the employee she just shrugged and said she didn’t know why there was so many flies. Needless to say we walked out and didn’t order anything. Gross.

This is location has the worst service ever! I have many stories of bad service, rudness, and wrong orders or things made wrong. In the most recent one I said I was going to complain to corporate about the managers rude behavior and he angerly threatened to call the police if I did not leave the drive up window, he explained it was because I was going to «call» on him. Through out the whole experiance I did not lose my temper, yell or threaten, I kept a smile on my face. I will never go to this location again, I will go to the starbucks across the street as they are always nice and have good service.
