Delivery was fast but my food was not up to par! I paid 1.17 for extra avocado didn’t get it on my sandwich so called and asked about possibly getting me a new sandwich later down the line and the MANAGER. Was a woman very rude got on the phone and told me they don’t do that so I asked for a refund, and she rudely said your whole 1.17,and I said yes. Jimmy Johns needs better costumer service especially if it’s a MANAGER speaking to a costumer. I’m sorry but the costumer is always right and you do not talk to me like that. So therefore I will be giving this a one start rating. Get better costumer service DON’T BERUDETOYOURCOSTUMERS!

Do I have to even give them a star? Not deserving of even one half of a star! I had the worst experience ever at a fast food joint after walking into this sandwich shop. My wife and I walked into the empty shop and ordered one sub on their traditional bread and one veggie sub on whole wheat. The shop at first appeared to be manned by only one employee but another employee came from around back to make the sandwiches. Everything was fine until I unwrapped my veggie sandwich. This thing look like it was made and then beaten back in to the wrapper by some blunt instrument. It was the worst looking sandwich I ever saw, made without an iota of care or thought. There was even sandwich fillings sitting on the outside of the slices of bread(see picture). The two boys at the counter had disappeared around back. I just stared at the sandwich in disbelief that anybody would intentionally serve this to someone without it being some kind of prank. As I approached the counter to complain about the sandwich I saw one of the boys come out of the back and as I called out to him about the sandwich he ignored me and tried to duck back in the far room. I called out to him again to get his attention and then him and his friend finally came out to see what I wanted. When I showed them the sandwich and asked them if they seriously called that an acceptable presentation of their sandwich they just looked at it and said that it looked fine. What started to get me upset was that they then started to snicker and sneer and I could now see that they were making a mockery of the situation. One of the boys behind the counter then started to argue with me stating the sandwich was fine and had everything on it that I asked for. I tossed the sandwich back on the counter insisting that I was not going to eat it. I started to gather up my wife’s sandwich, soda and chips as I prepared to leave trying not to let my rage create a bigger incident. A third employee walked in from the street as I was complaining. As I was going for the door leaving my poor excuse of a sandwich behind I thought better of it and I insisted that they refund the money for my sandwich. After a bunch of snotty behavior from the one boy(and snickers and smirks from the others who were apparently enjoying this confrontation) I asked if there was a manager present. He snidely remarked that he was the manager and told me to get out of the restaurant. I didn’t believe him because no manager at any restaurant would act as childish as this. If he is really a manager at this store then Jimmy John’s is hiring from the bottom of the barrel. I didn’t want to go without getting a refund for the sandwich. He nonchalantly said he would refund the money for the sandwich making me stand around and wait apparently happy to fan the flames of this fire by attempting to ignore me. Then after much bickering he said he would only refund the money if I gave back both meals. So I gladly gathered up the meal from my wife(who is incidentally handicapped) and handed them back to the boy who promptly threw it in the trash and then only after that did he hand me a refund. Hopefully I can talk to someone in charge at the restaurant in the near future to discuss the actions of this employee so that no other customers are subjected to this sort of behavior. Some of the employees here definitely need some to have their skills re-evaluated.

Great home delivery service. Their in store counter service is is a little unorganized and not service minded. About 7 pm on a weekday I stopped by on the way home. At the register I purchased two subs, two bags of chips and two cookies. You would expect the employee would place the chips and cookies in a bag and move it down the line with your sandwich order. I waited for my order at the other end of the counter. When the subs were ready I said I need a bag for all the items. Appearing annoyed, he just handed me a paper bag. I gathered my two subs walked back to the register where the other items were still laying, bagged my items and left. Small wonder Jimmy John’s is not ranked high among the Top Fast Casual Restaurants. Subway is ranked highest.

I’ve had some disappointing visits to Jimmy John’s, but this location was at the top of the list. Upon walking in, there was ONE person working(there likely was one doing deliveries. but ONE on hand?!). He was prepping some new bread and it took some time to come take my order. I ordered my usual — #1 no tomato, extra mayo. Service went fine enough after the initial wait, but when I went to step to the side to wait on it, I noticed my feet sticking to the floor. Then I looked to my left toward the fountain drink machine and there were puddles and puddles of dried pop all along the floor trailing from the machine to the order counter. With just one employee on hand, I understand there probably isn’t time to clean the floor — but why is there only one working? I went on my way, sticky shoes and all. While in the car I noticed that the lettuce in my sandwich was rather yellow. I needed to take some off anyway, because it was literally packed with lettuce, so a couple stop lights down I opened the sandwich to further investigate. It was gross — more very yellow lettuce that was literally slimy and mushy(and not just from the mayo, clear sliminess). I took it ALL off and managed to eat about 2⁄3 of my sandwich before losing my appetite just thinking about the rotting lettuce that was on it before. I’ve visited this JJ’s before on my drives home from work, but this time was inexcusable. Even if the service wasn’t the best, the ingredients should at least be fresh. Packing sandwiches with visibly OLD lettuce is not okay. I’ve had a stomach ache all evening. Thanks.

Horrible service… Hands down the worst Jimmy Johns to go to. I’ve had problems every time I’ve ordered from them. First they made my whole order wrong 4 times but thought I would still give them a chance since most of them are young and probably there first job. Then I stopped on the way home from work and they closed a hour early. I worked in the restaurant business and I get it I’m sure if there was no adult supervision I would close to. But tonight I can’t get past the horrible customer service and the 15 minutes wait for a sandwich. Along with that how rude they were to multiple customers coming in and not even recognizing they have 5 people deep in line. Also, with 2 people waiting ahead of me they made their orders wrong as well. To top it off a lady came back because they made her order wrong twice. She wasn’t happy and I give her all the right to be pissed off. The GM Mike was on the phone with the worker and he basically told his boss that she yelled at him and he is not taking that crap from her. What??? Now I know why the employees there are rude and don’t care they have a GM that doesn’t know how to teach, train, handle customer complaints. Working in the business I would never let that happen. To top it off the GM told his employee to tell the upset customer that she can call him tomorrow when he gets in. I give props to that lady I would of snapped she was treated like trash. Now that I waited and witness this I will never be back to this Jimmy Johns. By the time I got home 5 minutes away the bread was absolutely hard as a rock and the sandwiches were made wrong again. I hope this gives some insight to the managers. I’m not writing off your staff believe they would never act this way had a manager been on duty or someone over the age of 21 supervising them. There young and it’s a shame they would think it’s okay to treat people this way. I would love for someone to connect me so I can give you more of what’s on my mind.

I ordered online, and just had to walk in and pick up my order. Despite all of the negative reviews, the staff was friendly and made my order perfectly, It was exactly what I ordered online. It was delicious, quick and easy just to pick up. It was quite busy, due to the lunchtime rush. I highly recommend ordering online if you are in a rush!

Terrible service! I went in today and ordered a sandwich with no mayo. There was one person in front of me and no one behind me. I don’t know about online orders but they were definitely not busy with in-store orders. While I was waiting, I was asked twice by different sandwich-makers, «what did you order?» I told them both and STILL they gave me the wrong sandwich.

How dumb? They won’t work with businesses to make package deals. You make ham sandwiches. I decided to order Portillos instead and my customers loved it. Wake up and realize that if you don’t work hard for your customer, we will go else where.

Horrible service… Horrible horrible service! Went in as a last resort for lunch. Asked if the could simply substitute capicollo meat for ham. I was looked at like I just insulted the cashiers grandma. Manager quickly pops back from the line and says«NO… we don’t do that» then proceeds to charge me extra for ham. Ummmm I didn’t ask if you could substitute deli meat for a gallon of gas. Or substitute deli meat for you to paint my kitchen… all I’m asking is for an even exchange of one type of deli meat for another. So… I walked out. Never going back again. P. S. your bread is soggy, prefect for people with dentures.

This is my emergency Jimmy John’s. The service is always, always slow. The first time I ordered from here, it took over 90 minutes for food to be delivered. I called and was told that the driver had gotten lost. I’m sorry, but it’s literally down 59 and two left turns. Not complicated. Didn’t get an apology or much sympathy either. Ordered from here Sunday and it was alright. Took closer to 30 minutes, whatever. Ordered a wrap, it was fine enough. Definitely not my favorite location but as long as I’m not super hungry it works.
