Unfortunately, this location does not participate in the nationally televised deals, so the Subway commercials and text messages coupons will not apply here. While they made an exception for me in one instance, I seemed to have bothered them. I will probably use other locations that use the coupons.

This is a fine Subway. Even late in the day everything was fresh. Good staff. When you need a sammich hop over here. The toasted meatball sub was perfect.

My husband and I usually get Subway once a week for dinner and this is the closest location to our house. We tried going here several times and each time it takes them about 20 minutes to make our sandwiches, with no one else in line. What’s the point of getting it toasted if it’s cold by the time we actually get it? They move very slowly and have to ask several times what we would like on the sandwich. The last time we were there, one of the girls dropped the bread for our sandwich, then she put it back in the warmer with the other bread and then grabbed a new loaf for us… then a few minutes later she threw a piece of paper away, sticking her hand in the garbage, then proceeded to put vegetables on our sandwich. These employees need a lesson in the health codes… and may just need to be trained better. We now drive a few minutes farther away for Subway because we can’t stand the poor service at this location anymore.

Okay, so it’s a Subway. What more can one say. Well… I’m a big fan of this Subway location. I’m a regular. I like this Subway because of the personalized service I receive there. The owner /manager is very friendly and always greets me with a smile, hello, how are you? We chat when it’s not too busy and I ask how her business is going. She even gives me a complimentary cookie sometimes when I order the meal deal. Her staff treats me with the same courtesy and respect too. The manager has also arranged special meal deal pricing for employees of the company I work, as well as for some schools in the area. Great strategy for repeat business and customers. Now, there’s another Subway that is a bit closer to my workplace which may be more convenient and easier to get to, but that location doesn’t offer spinach on their subs. I prefer spinach over the shredded iceberg lettuce. So, I make it a point to go to the Subway on Neltnor Blvd.(aka Route 59). In the summer, there’s usually a table or two for dining outside. Location is at the opposite end of the Walgreen’s strip mall on the corner of Route 59 and Geneva Road /Washington Street. The only thing that I miss from this location is the freshly brewed tea. Since I eat a later lunch, I’m guessing that the brewed tea is out by the time I arrive. Otherwise, everything else is good.
