5 stars for great customer service.
I came in last week just to browse, and Estevan and his coworker were really friendly. I ended up buying a case for some sunnies and Estevan helped me locate the last black one in the store since the computer said they had one left. After I had left, I noticed it was glued shut (probably because I bought the window display) and when I came back he immediately placed an order to have it shipped to my house free of charge. Thanks!

I recently (yesterday lol) went in to Aldo to look for knee high boots (yes, I know I am very late in season to be looking for these BUT knee high boots are always in style my dears.) and because boot season is over, of course there’s nothing but gladiator sandals and yachting wedges around. However, even though I am looking for out of season shoes, they should at least have some boots left right? Turns out, this is one of the smallest Aldo locations and they don’t get in much variety. It is what it is I suppose, they can’t help the limited selection they carry.
I literally got to Aldo when they gate was being lifted and was the only customer. The girl working was on a [work] call and after she smiled at me upon lifting the gate, I wasn’t really greeted or attended to. Which is fine since I was clearly on a mission and didn’t need any assistance.
The reason for the 3 stars is solely because of the lack of variety. I’d rather just shop their online sale. But if you’re in the West Covina mall, there are plenty of other stores with waaaay better selections you should check out.
