I was given a brand new«4g»(but it always says 3G) phone from a friend by this company. I have been having problems since I turned this phone on! I went in this store yesterday 12÷11÷15 to return the phone because on the RECEIPT it says I have THIRTYDAYS to return. The phone was bought on 11÷17÷15. I walked in to this young girl on HER cell phone(Andrea) she was very rude from the beginning she refused to help me I asked her if I could return the phone she told me «no» before I could even pull the receipt out then when I did she said«its been past the FOURTEEN days» and I said«but the receipt says THIRTY» she said«but the wall says FOURTEEN days» I was like«okay, but shouldn’t your wall match your receipt?» Her response«No» well rolling her eyes! I was like«but it was a gift, I didnt see your wall» she said«that’s our policy» she had my phone checking the data supposedly. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager her response«no one is here but me» so I said well can I have the name? She said«no I’m not gonna give you that information» that’s when I said«can I just have my phone please» I left. Called the boost Mobile customer service where they said there’s NOTHING they can do for me because they’re their on boss! Wow I’ve been with boost for TENYEARS never have I met someone so rude as this young girl ANDREAHORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICESHEWASONHERPHONETHEWHOLETIMEWEWERETALKINGSHE. KEPTROLLINGHEREYESATME

4G phone… Yeah right… N…O…T… This store is listed as Boost on the outside. However, their real name on the receipts is Pure Cellular 4. My friend needed a cellular phone, since P.C. Mobile was soon to expire. Boost girl, said that it was better to obtain service while the other cellular service was still on, so you could hook up the service and get a better deal. Checked out the prices, and my friend liked the 4G model… they’re are several cellular types to choose from. So, I opted out of paying by credit card because I felt uneasy about this place. Instead, I paid cash for my friend’s phone. So the salesgirl suggested a particular 4G model and my friend wanted it, so we got it. We were assured that this particular model was a 4G. It has been several weeks now and so far we have«NEVER» seen the bars move to 4G. Only 3G. With case and extra cover it came out to $ 85.50. The salesgirl assured us that the 4G comes on sometimes. So, when does it come on? And the salesgirl appeared not interested in her job like we woke her up from a deep sleep. When my friend took it back a couple days ago, she didn’t want to do anything for him. And as she referred to the fine print on the paper… all sales are final and there are absolutely no refunds. Another interesting thing I found is that the store’s real name on the receipt is Pure Cellular 4 under the same address. Buying this phone with this kind of 3G service is like buying a $ 100,000.00 Jaguar, without the engine. Looks nice, but it ain’t going anywhere. Perhaps the FCC might be interested in this misleading advertising as well as the Better Business Bureau. Certainly a nice entrée gimmick.
