Located in a small plaza, across the street from Norms Restaurant. I came by this MetroPCS location last Saturday evening close to 7:30 pm(the time they close). We walked in and were eventually greeted by a male employee behind the counter. My husband and I currently have AT&T and was considering trying MetroPCS because of their current plan, $ 100 for four lines with unlimited data/internet, etc. This special occurs several times throughout the year and this current deal will be ending in September. The employee who was«helping» us seemed pretty quiet. We really had to draw information out of him instead of him just giving us the information(all the other cell phone places we have gone, there is always one employee who is eager in telling us all of the current deals going on because they want to make a sale). It made me think he was a little shy. But my husband thought it could possibly be a language issue(I doubt that). Also I didn’t feel the employee put much effort in trying to provide us information because it was just really close to their closing time(which I did not realize until we left). I think MetroPCS in general may be a good network provider(wouldn’t know since I have never had them), but I think customer service could be a little bit better here(although no one was rude to us, just wasn’t very responsive).

So, my friend wanted to pay his phone bill. I said I’ll drive him over there. The place is nice and clean. When we went in… there was a girl there that was very knowledgeable anf knew all the prices. She said you can pay your phone bill by computer and get it done free. But my friend doesn’t have a computer. She said you can mail payment for free but you have to mail it 10 days in advance. As I stood there, I could understand my friend’s frustration. I also questioned in my mind as to why they have to charge 3 dollars to pay money to them to pay your bill. Hmmmm… Pay the money so you can pay the money? Isn’t that double jeopardy??? I also questioned why they charge a dollar for ATM use to pay your bill. Just give away $ 4 to pay your bill. Doesn’t make sense? I was considering changing services to this place. But I don’t think so. nickel and dime ya… turn ya upsidedown for the pennies too They ran an add in their window for an upgraded phone. They stated to my friend that they were temporary out of stock and to leave his name and that they would call him when it came in. They called him and informed him that it came in. Then they told him it was for a higher price. Now, what’s with these antics…
