I order a 60 dollar platter for my work, I went into the store and order it make sure I get all the vegi in the sandwich. I told my employee to pick up the sandwiches, guess what there is no Vegas on the sandwich. Just meat and bread, I mean who eat plain sandwich, so I complained, and owner called me offer 10% discount next purchase. So basically 50 cents off from next purchase, this guys are joke. I will never eat subway! Will try yo contact corporate see how they handle this case

This subway is out. A sandwich is a sandwich from subway. One of there sandwich makers older lady. Sneeze and whip her hands in a tissue then got the plastic gloves and put them on. She needed to wash her hands before she got those gloves. Never again at this place. The Manager needs to educated his employees on hygiene ASAP

Customer service is awful! employees look miserable, they should smile at least a little. The last 3 times I’ve been there they ether had ran out of wheat bread or spinach. They really need to keep track of inventory.

First time here for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful the restaurant was clean.
I ordered the flatbread bacon egg and cheese sandwich it was ok I guess I am finding out that I am not a fan of flatbread next time I will try the breakfast sandwich on sourdough toasted! I will let you know how that goes…

I actually visited here not too long ago. It was a pleasant experience and I got my usual garlic and cheese bread meatball marinera. The cashier was pleasant, the place was clean and quiet, and the people there were professional. I think for a quick healthy lunch it’s not a bad spot to visit and it looks like the manager cares about the appearance, so for that purpose I recommend it!

Seriously the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman who had helped me should look up the definition of customer service. I can’t even tell you her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag like the rest of the employees. She threw my soup in the bag, as if she had actually asked me if it was for here or to go. Every time she asked me what else I’d like on my sandwich she had this ugly attitude. All other employees were great, however my host didn’t even smile. I hate leaving bad reviews, especially because just yesterday I went to the San Bernardino subway and had GREAT service!

Most of the time I have a good experience here. This is an example of how employees can ruin your business:
Early in the morning, the majority of your customers who have jobs are in a hurry. I walked in and the first gentleman greeted me nicely. I went up to order my sandwich, and a slow, lazy-​appearing employee behind the sandwich bar asked me to wait. She slowly proceeded to pour cheese over a tray of bread loafs. She wore a huge frown and looked around the room like she was bored. I was in a hurry to go to work, and her priority was food prepping instead of the customer in front of her. She ended up taking so long while ignoring me that I had to leave and go to work hungry.

Not bad for subway. The girls working are generally pretty nice. Definitely a cut above from most subways. Fairly quick. The sandwiches aren’t bad at all. Bread always fresh.

Decide to try out subways new app when you can order online on pick up at the store only to find out the system they have is broken. the lady was nice she order to jump me ahead of everyone else since the system was down. Other than that little problem this is just another ordinary subway

Air conditioner set to very cold.
Ceiling fans on
52 degrees outside
It’s colder inside then outside.
These people are wearing just a light shirt.
Everyone is nuts…
And I’m usually use to the cold.
I ordered my food which was delicious
The lady asks if I wanted to eat it there.
Are you nuts, my sandwich will be frozen
Before I take a second bite.
So we grabbed our food and ran for the truck
Cranked up the heater n enjoyed our food.
I guess it’s take-​out with this place from now on.
Maybe that’s what they want,
So they don’t have to clean up after their mess.
