I’m really impressed! I was in the area and finally had time for a haircut. Based on reviews I went to walk in to this salon and by luck I got Cherry, the owner. I told her what I wanted and she went right to work. Now I’ll be honest. I got scared. She started so quickly and I felt like she was cutting fast. I was afraid I wouldn’t like it because I didn’t understand her method of cutting but as a few minutes went by, I was so happy. She did exactly what I wanted and it came out great! She’s super sweet and nice, but most importantly she was attentive and made sure that I liked the result every step of the way. I have a big head and chubby cheeks, the way she layered my hair compliments my face nicely

Im visiting my family in south California because we have a big event to attend to, I remember Cherry from the commercial so I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did, I got everything done from hair & make up. I also got a hair treatment to be exact highlights. The staff was very accommodating. They know definitely how give great impression thanks Tess & Cherry.

I have been searching for a hair styler to cut my hair because my current current barber retired and moved out of town.
My research landed me cherry. She knows how to cut my hair, friendly, funny, kind.
I’ve recommended cherry to many of friends because she has a whole array of skills. Make up hair etc.
let me tell you all. She hasn’t disappointed any of my referrals. She is that good.

Had my hair done by Jasmine & I absolutely love her. She’s a bubbly person & very entertaining. She knows her hair colors well. I had my hair colored charcoal & I was nervous about it since I have really dark hair. But! She was able to pull it off. Great service!

It has taken me over 10 years to decide having my brows tattooed. I finally did it with Cherry. She immediately sensed my nerves and she was so kind and calmed me down. She took her time prepping the ink making surenit is just the right tint for me. She knew the pain that comes with it, so she regularly checked if i was ok and if i needed a breather to get my «pain defense» recharged. She did a great job.
Just wanted to add that i am very very particular with my hair and only get them done once a year and only cherry does it. I live in a different country so when im here, a visit to Cherry’s Salon is part of my itinerary. My mom, sis in law and niece plus bff all come here and all of us are always looking gorgeous after. I have been cutting my hair at Cherry’s Salon for about 5 years now, and I couldn’t imagine getting my hair cut anywhere else. I absolutely love it here, a true gem! My husband and I both come here when its time to freshen up, and they are always attentive to our needs. On occasion I get my hair trimmed by Cherry, and she is excellent. However, my go-​to since I started cutting my hair here is Summer, but I love them both equally! They are always so kind, funny, and give your hair an amazing makeover.
I highly recommend both Cherry and Summer, and you could not go wrong with either of them!

I have found my new hair stylist!
Cherry worked wonders on my ombré gone wrong. She fixed the line that previously showed the two different colors of my hair and just made everything blend so well.
On top of an amazing service, her and everyone else who works there are so friendly and truly care about their clients.
Definitely not going anywhere else after this. Thank you Cherry!

I didn’t have an appointment with them so I asked if they accept walk-​in clients. All the hair stylists were busy at that time with other clients but they decided they could squeeze me in. For $ 30 I was expecting my hair to be shampooed and styled but all I got was a poorly done cut that was finished in less than 5 minutes. What a rip off! Worst hair cut experience I ever had! I’m never coming back to this place. I would rate it as 0 stars if I could.

This place is great for both men and women. If you want a great haircut, highlights, perm, etc etc, i highly recommend trying this place.
I always go to ‘Summer’ for my haircut. She never disappoints and never fails to impress. She always listens to what i want and delivers a great look or style everytime. I’ve been through a lot of barbers and hairstylists and I’m never fully satisfied by the whole experience, but Summer changes everything. She is by far the Best. She’s definitely got the magic in her hands!

I just came here in the country a year and a half a go and I’ve been trying different saloons here in LA. So glad that I came to know cherry! She works wonders in my hair which no one can. Thank you cherry! Will highly recommend you to my family & friends!

Cherry and her team is my only choice to be the hair and make up artist for my wedding last oct 5. I have been going to their salon for haircut long time and saw her work on hair and make up and that caught my eye. On my wedding day she went to our hotel promptly and very professional with her team and all the makeup/​chairs were set up as if you feel you’re a celebrity when she works on you. I showed her pictures of what hair style and makeup I wanted for me and my bridesmaids, mom, girls and sponsors. They all achieved it! The hair and make up lasted the entire night. They are fast on their work but with quality! They did 15 of us all for hair and make up from 8am to 230pm! That was amazing!!! And we all look very good. They are fun to work with and very relaxed feel. Thanks cherry! We got very good complements on my wedding and will surely come back to you for future events and recommend you to people I know. Thanks to you’re team as well! All of you did a very good job! Thanks for making my wedding a memorable one through your work!

My friend recommend me this place so I decided to come here a few times.
I was satisfied with my service but not the happiest person. I came here twice, for prom and for one haircut. I think the prom deal is a little expensive. I didn’t like how the lady who worked on me didn’t ask me what I wanted. She just asked me my dress color and kind of went on from there and did what she wanted. She went a little too dark on my smokey eye and I wanted a very natural look for my senior prom, not something heavy. She was patient though, and very nice. She was quick too and did a very good job on covering all the blemishes on my skin and the fake eyelashes she put on me lasted the whole day. I was impressed at that. About my hair, I liked it a lot, perhaps more than the make up. I went for a half-​up do and my only problem was that the curls died too fast and it was pretty much straight by the end of the night. I also thought the bump didn’t last either.
This place is ok, they have good service.

Very friendly atmosphere. If you want to stay young and keep a good look, this is the plays to go. Staff here are super nice.

My boyfriend decided to pamper me and take me to my very first salon! Him being fillipino, he had to take me here but I was not disappointed!
Alicia was my very lovely stylist and I showed her a picture of what I was going for. She was super nice but I wished she talked to me more! But I’m shy too (; the color came out really nice! And the cut matched me pretty well even though it was not what I imagined! She didn’t even charge me for the cut and she is so fast and efficient! I didn’t even feel like I was there for a long time! She even took photos for me !

It’s been many many many years since I’ve came to this place. Came here many years ago with a friend to get my eye brows waxed for the first time. The place looked cool but workers were kind of all over the place. We went towards the back end of the salon to get our eye brows waxed.
I’d have to say I’ve never been to a place that humiliates you infront of many people not just people surrounding you but like HEY LOOK AT THIS BITCHES EYES BROWS! I’d have to say my eye brows were a mess but duh that’s why we came here to get that shit done! But anyway yeah it wasn’t professional where it’s like o hey let’s take before and after pics I seriously felt like a little kid that was being made fun of. They told people hey come look at this girls eye brows. I never returned. But this place is crackin for all the filippinos that live in the community. But I honestly shouldn’t have paid for shit for the way I was treated that day.

Love this salon! I have been coming to Cherry’s salon for almost 2 yrs now since I moved to California and I’m extremely pleased with the services I had, from haircuts, color and most especially make up.
Cherry is a genuine master of styling. I had numerous compliments every time she does my make up. Cherry was chosen to be the official make up artist of TFC, her personality speaks for her enthusiasm for her job and she treats every customer as GUESTS.
