We walked in to the bar area at 9:30 p.m. For late happy hour and to beat the heat. After five minutes the waitress stopped by the dirty table that we sat at(because it was only 1 of 2 empty tables, both dirty). I asked how she was doing, she told me that she had been extremely busy since 5 pm. then she walked off. We recognized a friend and his family sitting close by and started to converse, It was at least 15 minutes before the manager stopped to ask if she could get us anything.(At which time our friend & his family were just getting ready to leave.)We gave her our drink order. In the mean time, many tables had paid up and left but their dirty plates and empty glasses weren’t getting bussed, in fact, the friend we were speaking to had 4 people at their table and 12 empty glasses along with a table full of dirty plates. The hostess was folding something at the hostess stand and I couldn’t help but notice that the manager did NOTHING to pre-bus any table as she stopped to ask if everything was ‘ok.‘ I don’t think I’ll be going back there again for a very long time. I was a waitress for many years and this place leaves much to be desired. Good Management is the key to a great dining experience. We only went in for drinks and got THEWORSTSERVICEINCOVINA. We were there for 45 minutes, when we left, every table was dirty and the bar waitress, the hostess, the bartender & the manager were all available to be cleaning. I was thoroughly disgusted. We should have gone TGI Fridays.

I’m utterly disappointed in this particular establishment. I’ve been here many times and it was always decent and good. Today threw every great experience out the door. Let’s start with the bar. I get the bar is first come open table seating but there were 2 tables open and I was a party if 4. My wife and 2 young girls. The other one was taken and the only table open was filled with dishes and trash. The server walks by and says I can’t clear till after a few minutes. That just told me that I am not that important. But then a lady came by which I believe is the manager because she wasn’t in uniform. But she seemed very rushed but catered to us which I was happy about. So we got the 2 for $ 20 and got the Texas cheese fries. They were served without RANCH!!! I asked for ranch and the manager said she was out. Sorry… then I asked can I get sour cream instead she sad no sorry can’t do it without charging you $.80 cents! So I asked for blue cheese and then that we got ignored. We arrived at 850 and it’s now 936 and all we received was drinks and Texas cheese fries and no blue cheese still… They finally realized after our fries were cold they gave me blue cheese and that was because my wife had to say something. They finally brought it but didn’t even realize our drinks were empty. So with all the apologies they still missed an important process. Keep our drinks full especially to a forgotten customer. They brought out 2 out of the 3 plates which were by now room temp. And my plate 5 minutes after there’s which they still forgot the dipping sauce that goes with my entrée!!! I gave up. By the time I was halfway done I simply asked them they refilled my daughters drinks but not mine or my wife’s and gave me my dipping sauce for the ancho sizzling steak which was also not hot but less than warm. I was so over this service and neglect I refuse to ever come back to this establishment. They knew they messed up and if the manager owned up to their neglect and horrible service by hooking me up with maybe Sour cream. A whopping $ 0.80 cents they would have lost I would have considered forgiveness but instead they chose the tail between there legs and hopefully we just leave and forget. Unfortunately I’ll never forget this horrible service and I want all of you to think about another establishment before this one. If your the manager I hope your reading this because you tried and failed and kept failing miserably and completely gave up. This isn’t the job for you. Your days are numbered if you keep managing that way. Good luck. I hope you guys can split my zero tip because me and my girls all shared your horrible service.

I had the baby back ribs tonight and was extremely disappointed! They were dry and there was hardly any meat on them… the salsa was good but that was about it… I also had a drink from the bar… so little alcohol might as well have been a plain orange juice… ugh…not a good dining experience.

I came with a friend. We were seated pretty fast, but our food took a while to come. I wasn’t too impressed with the food. I got the Mango-Chile Chicken and it was just okay. My friend got some baby back ribs which were cold. My friend ordered onion rings as one of the sides and it was the last thing to come. The servers were nice, but getting our food really was slow.

I love the food at chilis! I’ve been getting the 2 for $ 20 for years. I’ve been to this one several times. Service could be faster at times

Service here was awesome last time with friends, but I know better now than to order the sirloin. It tasted frozen, thawed, and then microwaved. I had a hard time believing it was anything other than that, not even steak sauce could save the cow! The pastas and burgers always seem to be better choices! I love their skillet fries and mashed potatoes. You don’t go to Chili’s ever expecting anything special, don’t do it. When the service, desserts, and margaritas are consistently on point, that’s an extra star for sure.

Service was sooo slow, refills included. We waited almost 30min for our food. Portion sizes are small so reconsider before paying extra for 3 shrimp and .80cents for another teaspoon of sour cream. It’d be worth it if the food was good.

This place is just ok… nothing special. Food is fair. The server was polite and friendly. The Southwest Mac and Cheese is basically pasta with Nacho cheese sauce. Don’t bother using the Ziosk to order drinks. Non drink items work ok on the Ziosk. Server was not aware of the coffee order from the Ziosk but knew about the dessert order. The place was packed on the Friday night we ate there. Original choice was BJ’s next door but the line was too long.

The atmosphere is so boring and the food was horrible. This is by far the worst chillis I’ve been to. The shrimp was way over cooked it felt like rubber. The salmon was ok I guess but still wasnt great. The broccoli was either too crunchy or just fell flat like a tire when u bit into it, gross. Won’t be coming back to this location that’s for sure. Gave it the two stars for the service. Wasn’t her fault the food was shit

This location is cleaner than Monrovia, but the last two times I went they ran out of shakers for the Presidente Margaritas which is probably the most popular drink. They’re not cheap — so buy more shakers! Service is very slow. Deserts last night were all cold when they’re supposed to be warm. Mine was replaced with another cold desert. Second time we had a broken ziosk not synched to our table so we had to wait forever to pay. Get it together folks.

Got the $ 20 dinner for two with an appetizer. We chose the 6 oz sirloin steaks that came with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. The original appetizer ordered was the Texas chili cheese fries. That got returned. Way too salty and soggy. I asked the waitress if they had precook eat earlier in the day; not intending to be impolite. The manager apologizes and so we had onion rings instead. It was okay; just okay. Steaks were juicy but also bordered being too salty. Our drinks didn’t get refilled in a timely manner. Therefore, service was mediocre. I don’t think we’ll be returning here any time soon. Meal for two with one order of fountain soda = $ 24.73.

Went in for a birthday party. Had a group of 13, including a small child. Were given a table for 12. We waited patiently for the table next to us to leave and asked if we could move the table so that we weren’t sitting elbow to elbow. We were told that the table was already being prepped for another party, even though literally half of the restaurant was empty. Even though they could see how uncomfortable we all were, having to sit so close and some of the people in our party could barely have room for their plates to fit. Waitress never asked us if we needed/wanted refills, had to ask for refills on soda and water. Had to ask several times for napkins, ranch, utensils. The food came out at different times. We all had to wait a good 5 minutes for the last persons BURGER to come out… The check came REALLY quickly though, imagine that… I’ve been to Chili’s before, and quite honestly, it’s never that great, the food or the service… But I thought that at the very LEAST if you are a server there, or even the MANAGER and you see that your customers are literally not moving because they are sitting so close together… SITTHEMIN A MORECOMFORTABLETABLE! Or get them another table to add to the party. Open up the 20 other tables on the other side of the restaurant and seat some people there… Don’t just apologize, DOSOMETHING. Because unlike a lot of people, we just asked politely and when we were told no we just said ok thank you, but we won’t be going there again for anything… Keep treating any customer like their comfort doesn’t matter and you’ll get more people not going back…

Michael was the best waiter! He was funny, attentive and went out of his way to make sure everyone had a great lunch. He made a joke about only having beer or booze so I got a Stella with my lunch. He didn’t charge me for my iced tea since I ordered alcohol! I ordered the chicken crispers and he asked if I’d tried them tossed in sauce and recommended the honey chipotle. He was so right. They were delicious! My mom tried a bite(which turned into three) and was mad she didn’t order them herself. The food took a bit longer to come out, but Michael checked on our order and let me know that the fries were old and they were making a fresh batch. Totally worth the wait, so I appreciate him letting us know. I love that they have a tablet on the table to look at their alcohol and find out about the menu. Definitely sign up for their loyalty program. You get free stuff for joining!

I came here for cinco de mayo and although the last time I have been to a Chili’s was quite a while ago, the food quality must have gone down because I was severely disappointed. Service: the workers worked very slowly. Service was not phenomenal and it literally took over 30 – 45 minutes for our food to come. They have these tablets on each table and I guess they were hoping the customers would be too occupied with them to notice how lacking the service was. Food: My friends ordered steaks while I ordered chicken and beef fajitas. The portions of everything were so small! 6 southwestern eggrolls for 10 dollars? Are you kidding me? Also, the beef was super dry and had no flavor. It was very hard to chew. I was very disappointed at the quality of food that we received because it was not cheap at all! I did not expect the food to be amazing, but come on, it looked like microwaved food! Also, the 5 dollar deal for margaritas only applied to the presidente margarita.
