Denny’s

Been sitting here for 20 min. after waiter tells me it will be a 20 min wait than comes back after half the people waiting left, tells us it will be another 20 min. Why you got to lie in the first place? Dishonest staff slow poor service just garbage.

Good food great service this is the place to be and manager Jack was really attentive

I come to this Denny’s all the time, usually in the later evenings on the weekends. Most of the servers are good. Food is good. I mean it’s Denny’s. Pretty basic. I usually order the same thing, the Baja quesadilla burger, with the same substitution, seasoned fries instead of chips. Good meal, and a good value at $ 6. Today, I was told I can’t substitute, which is annoying especially after ordering it the same way dozens of times. However, what really bothered me, is this manager (SOPHIA) sarcastic, crappy, very un– manager like attitude. I understand policy is policy, although I don’t understand how I always order it this way and all of a sudden its not allowed. What I don’t understand is how someone who clearly has no managerial skills, no empathy, no happy, or helpful personality… becomes manager. Also, the food didnt come how we ordered and the waiter argued with me about it, but if customer service reflects management, I know why he was not a good waiter. And so I will leave his name out. My sandwich was luke warm and soggy and I didn’t enjoy my food. Wish I would have gone somewhere else. I probably won’t be back anytime soon, at least not when this manager is around.

Those ladies were the nicest, friendliest, most fun servers I’ve ever had anywhere. I’ve never had a server with quicker wit, joking right back at us without missing a beat. We had a long day, and they gave us the laughs we needed. They also were very attentive and great I’m anticipating needs. Really great service.

Service is awful. Single mom of three kids five and under and never have I waited more than twenty minutes for chocolate milk until now. The food Took long as well. Next time we will stick to IHOP.

Orders have been wrong and food missing a few times but I didn’t want to make a big deal thinking they’ll get better over time. Today my girlfriend called and was placed on hold until she finally gave up. I called and ask for a manager and… 7mins of my life I will never get back.

I love Dennys. I eat at them all over the US. This location is closest to my home. Always great food and great service. Last attended on a super busy Christmas morning. Service and food was excellent.

My wife and I had a meeting. We were here for about 3 hours. The waitress we had (Jackie) was great. She served us the whole time never let my coffee cup get empty. After our meeting we ordered and she was still on top of everything. She treated us like we were the only people in the restaurant. She earned her tip. We always go to Dennys, we always get good service. But we got great service that day.

Fuccccck you dennys for charging me twice and two different prices for an avocado! How can avocado be 0.99 for one dish and 1.99 for the other?!? Your tripping!!! Goddamn snakes!!!

The manager was very rude when i asked about why the portions of food was so small. He told us that we only get 4 oz of hashbrowns but my portion was very obvious that was smaller that yhe other people. The manager even told me i could leave. I wouldnt come back here or recommend anyone to either.

Well to start are water glass weren’t clean,
Server started out fast then dissappear, tan out if drinks, no napkins, order was wrong when it arrived, our bill was incorrect. Just horrible. .
Recommend to go to McDonald’s

Server was terrible could not get her attention whatsoever. Even when she took our order, she didn’t let me finish, she just walked away. Not helpful at all.

4 star because food is inconsistent … servers have no control over that …
My son and I frequent this location for one reason only … the SERVICE … it’s a rarity to see staff that works well together … my son has his favorite server which will remain anonymous …
I am not you nor are you me … they are awesome with me and my son … I hope your experience is a great as mine but we are all not nice at times …

My first time at this location, just came here this morning while I was having some work done on my car up the street. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak omelette and a stack of pancakes which is my usual breakfast at any Denny’s. I was asked if I wanted to add avocado to my omelette, to which of course I replied yes. I was a little disappointed to see three slices of avocado on my omelette. If you’re gonna charge me $ 2 for extra avocado don’t skimp me, gimme half the avocado at least! That was my only issue as far as quality goes. Server Elizabeth was fantastic, attentive and an genuinely kind. Overall it was a pleasant dining experience.

I have been coming to this Denny’s since I was small. I love this Dennys and each time I come to this location. The servers are always happy to see customers and are really friendly.
I especially came here on my birthday and wanted to see if I could get a free meal which was a GrandSlam. And it was true. The server was really nice to me and had given me a GrandSlam within a few minutes which was pretty fast. Pancakes were great (IHOP and Dennys have always the best pancakes), scrambled eggs were perfect and not over cooked, and same goes for the sausage links and bacon. I enjoyed my first meal of the day and was full already. The server also took my Drivers License and took it somewhere in the back while I was enjoying my free meal. Then she came back and gave me my license back and told me that I was free to go when I was done. (Dennys or IHOP usually gives you a receipt to pay while you’re eating and I didn’t, which was great) I gave the server a tip, then I proceeded my way to other places to get free food. :)
I love this Dennys and would recommend it to anyone.

I’m pretty sure I’ve only been to this location twice. I’m guessing the first time wasn’t worthy of writing about.
Came here around 8pm with 3 others. We were in the mood for some pancakes. our waitress was pretty nice. We were seated almost right away because there was only about 4 other tables there.
We ordered from the 2−4−6−8 menu, everything came out pretty quick. I didn’t really like the quesadilla burger though. cool concept, but it didn’t taste good.

Reasonable prices, big portions. Food was pretty good, typical Denny’s. Everyone was friendly and I have no complaints about service.

When I’m craving pancakes in the middle of the night and I’m too lazy to whip some up myself. I go to Denny’s.
They serve the usual breakfast fare all day. Somehow I like their pancakes better than the other breakfast giant.
Service can be improved on as much as they can. We were left waiting for someone to refill our drink glasses. I had to ask for water twice. We were supposed to have dessert but the slack in their «service» made me want to leave ASAP.
Ambiance? Definitely needs to be updated.
Parking lot is kinda dark in some places, hopefully they will add more lighting so it won’t be a source of apprehension for women who dine alone at night.

If you’re not having the best of days and find yourself here on a day that Sandie works, you are in for a pleasant surprise! Her customer service skills are superb and will be an instant pick-​me-​up, I felt like I was in a Southern restaurant with her slight accent and Southern hospitality.
She mentioned all the deals on the value menu (2,4,6,8) and got our drink orders at ninja speed. When she came out with our food, she brought extra sauces without us having to ask. The hash browns were not slathered in grease BUT still remained perfectly crispy and flavorful. She even gave a bigger scoop of ice cream for my pancake puppies than I usually get at other Denny’s!
Sandie will address you very dearly and will check up on you VERY frequently. If you’re not used to this and are just the type to eat your food in peace and quiet, it could be a bit overwhelming.
