Ordered takeout … They had it ready in time and the lady on the phone /the hostess was extremely nice and helpful. However the waitress«Martisa» or something must of been having a bad day, heard her comPlaining we sat in her area, rolled her eyes when we asked for water and didn’t say«your welcome» or anything after me and my daughter said«thank you» for them … I would recommend this dennys but steer clear of this waitress.

I have been sitting here for over an hour. The hostess sat us after maybe 25 mins of waiting which wasn’t too bad but then after that she didn’t tell the waitress that we were here. She’s didn’t even know we were sitting here. I haven’t even gotten my food yet and it’s been over an hour. These women need to learn to pay attention.

Service was very good but the food was soggy! I had the Moons over my Hammy! I remember this with crispy bread hot scrambled eggs with delicious ham. The ham seemed cheap and the home style potatoes were unseasoned and boring.

We came in here and got seated inmediately. We had to wait 20 minutes to get our drinks taken. When the lady did get our drink order, she wasnt even paying attention. Our drink took around 10 minutes to get to our table and it was incomplete. It wasnt very busy at all. Bad and superslow service.

Came here about 3 weeks ago on a saturday night around 11pm when we arrived host said wait would be around 10 – 15 min for party of 2… So we decided to sit and wait… There was about 2 clean tables at the time… After 15 min none kf the people ahead of us were seated so i thought maybe no clean tables and saw that there was about 5 tables clean… I waited another 25 min and still no one being seated and host said that we could not sit on the counter… after 45 min of waiting i asked the host again how much longer n she says 15 more min… I was sooo mad i walked out… She said they didnt sit anyone because the kitchen was sooo backed up… We left and went to ihop where we got seated as we walked in and got perfect service. Not to mention while we were eating we saw 2 other couples that were also in the wait list for dennys.

Husband insisted on coming despite me boycotting. They were out of diet coke, no crayons for the kids. My cheese sticks and mashed potatoes came out cold. I’m just so over Dennys. I refuse to order any meat entrée anymore

Came around 7am when there’s only 1 party in front of me waiting and the restaurant was not busy. They waited 10 minutes to be seated. I waited 15 minutes and they let other people seated before me because they were busy gossiping. Service is just bad to begin with, cussing and gossiping ABOUTTHECUSTOMERS in Spanish in front of customers. Hostess didn’t even bother to ask how many in my party, just stares. Perhaps its first time you seen an Asian ?! «Bunch of frogs in a well»

Great location. Favorite on in the area, all other ones are super slow and dirty. This one is always fast and pretty clean, it also has more of a «classic» Diner feel to it. Love it!

This location is my favorite. Close to the 10 freeway and home. The waitresses are friendly and attentive. The food is both delicious and resonably priced. I’ve been to this Dennys several times in November and December of 2015 and at different times of the day and I’ve never had an issue. Don’t know what the bad hype is about. But they sure have their act together now.

Ok so this place is like whatever in costumer service. I’ve gotten amazing service(usually by friends that work there) or older waiters. But today(12÷17÷15) I order food for pick up for some of the family members that didn’t want to go to the restaurant. My mom even left a nice tip for just picking up the food. So the adults that decided to go got there and I was ignored by the girl in the front. She finally asked how many and I said«party of 3, do you have the BACK table open?» She didn’t even look and said No. I said ok, she left me there with out saying anything and started looking at some rings with a customer and other employees. Mind you the place was full of customers and these people were looking a jewelry. Two other 2 people parties showed up and she seated them first. I mistakenly thought she was seating us she got upset and said its not your table. I said … Well can you please let us know what’s going on! She said I told you, it’s not ready. I said well maybe if you would stop looking at rings you would help us. She started yelling at me!!! Like wtf you’re the dumb hostess not paying attention!!! We decided to leave! Beware of Thalya or however you spell her name! She blames you for not doing her job!!!

I don’t usually go to Denny’s but I wanted breakfast… So I thought, «why not?» Melissa was my server and she was awesome! She was prompt and very professional. Helped me with questions I had and my food came out exactly how I wanted it. Definitely an asset to this establishment. Will be back again soon!

Food is below average but most of all my what really upsets me about this place is that I have on multiple occasions placed orders to go and every single time the order was wrong. I even payed for The things I ordered and when I opened the bag of course they were not there. Please be aware of this place and do not order to go. And as far as customer service goes all I did was want to get what I paid for and when I called back to just go pick up what I paid for already they lied to me and said I never ordered it LOL. majorly upset because in the end all I wanted was to get what I paid for that’s it I didn’t ask for anything extra or even an apology and I didn’t get either

This review covers a few visits with the most recent being 10−17−15. The host is normally there but there have been situations where there was none. The wait is normally very short but that is damaging to the server as they normally seem over sat. The food is at best a 4 at worst a 0. I’m not going to based this on one particular visit so I would say 3 on average. The service is better than expected but seems to fall victim to the rest of the restaurant. If it is busy they often are under staffed, if it’s empty they have one or two servers for the whole place. The cooks have never cooked a steak well med-rare or rare so unless you like it well done pass on the steak. They recently upgraded their fountain drinks to include more choices so that is a plus. Prices seem a little bit pricey when compared to quality of food. You know what you are getting when you go to Dennys this just happens to be a little sub par.

My friends & I came to get a quick breakfast and we waited around 5 mins to get any attention. They weren’t even that busy, we had to ask but they replied saying«hold on we’re busy» but they were just talking to each other. And the service was just horrible overall. The food didn’t look like the picture either. It was cheap and all so i guess ik why. I wud come here again but not as a suggestion

When I got there it took about 5 – 10 minutes to get seated. Mind you there was no line and there was almost nobody there. We finally got seated. Then when we got to sit, it took forever for our waitress to come. She took our order after a while of waiting, the food took about 20 minutes to get to our table, the food was delicious and warm so I can’t complain about that. She came to our table and my mom asked for coffee, it took 10 minutes to get her coffee. It was a wait for everything, and it was even more annoying that the reason the wait took forever was because they were talking amongst each other.

The slam burger was cooked perfectly, I ordered it with an over easy egg, the iced coffee was also very good, and they give free refills! Despite the service being a little slow. The quality meal overshadowed that.

Horrible service! We got there with no hostess available to seat us. We stood there for about 5 minutes with all the employees circling the restaurant clearly seeing us standing there. Finally someone«notices» us and seats us. Now that we were seated we had to wait another 10 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order. Most of the employees seem like middle aged women… but that’s no reason for service to be so slow. I was nice to keep my mouth shut and not make comment on the service. Food came out fairly fast which was the only good thing about the experience. After eating, we went up front to settle our check. And guess what?! We waited another 10 minutes for somebody to acknowledge the fact that we were standing there. This waitress named Thalia or thalyia saw us standing there and didn’t even settle the check herself or notify the hostess that we were standing there. The bus boy told her in Spanish that we were standing there and her response was«I’m gonna leave right now». Are you freaking kidding me?! This is your job! Where are these peoples customer service skills?! Bring the bus boy to serve some tables I bet the service would be a lot better! Virginia was our waitress(I think that was her name). Nice lady… but we were waiting too long to be acknowledged the whole time being there. Will not be returning for obvious reasons

It hurts me to say this because I’ve been eating at Denny’s for a very long time, but this had to be the worst service that I have ever received at any Denny’s. The only reason we ate here was because my girlfriend and I were very hungry and this was the closest restaurant to us at the time. The food was ok, but the service was completely horrible. Everyone from the hostess, to our waitress, to the manager. It seemed like everyone working there hates their job. I can understand if people are having a bad day, but everyone here wore it on their sleeve and it just created a horrible environment. It even rubbed off on me; my gf asked me to pass her the pepper, that made me angry and for a moment I contemplated throwing it at her head. I took a deep breath & cooler heads prevailed. We were glad to get out of there, and we will never eat there again.
